Flooring

Great service, their bosses are great, their workers John H and Brian are AWESOME workers, clean, friendly and professional !

It was great sitting down with Brett to figure out a warranty claim issue. Brett took the time to explain how everything works listened to my concerns and in the end came to an agreement.

The Best the Tile Company of State Washington

CR Floors is amazing. As a residential home builder I always loved working with them but they've really upped their game. First, Shelby, their in-house designer totally dialed into the look I was striving for on a very limited budget. Wish I could post photos here because it looks straight out of an architectural magazine. When installation time approached, Chris, CR Floors' project coordinator called me and began discussing materials, ordering, and schedule. I was impressed that when he called he was well aware in advance of my product selections and was anticipating questions and details. Then the scheduling department called and began putting the install dates on the calendar. In construction I'm used to delays and set backs. Not with CR Floors. Everyone arrived on the promised dates for quartz slab, tile, hardwoods, vinyl, laminate, and carpet. Finally, the quality of the installers was exceptional. CR Floors has cultivated a network of installers over the years that have proven themselves bringing a positive attitude of caring and made my latest home the best I've done. Highly recommend this Federal Way jewel.

Things I liked: very friendly people, no upselling/ high pressure situation, reasonable pricing, delivered on time, flexible, quick communication via phone/email/text message, and completed the detail work to my complete satisfaction (as I am a bit of a perfectionist). I am very satisfied and plan to use this company again when I need more work to be done. The location is just 30 seconds off 167th making it easy to drop in and see samples of the different things. Easy parking too!!

Been using WFS for years in my real estate business they are very easy to work with professional and have great selection in any price range to choose from. Lisa S. Keller Williams Realty
