Flooring

The guys were great to work with and our floors turned out incredible! I’ll definitely use them again!

Easy to find location. Super knowledgeable staff (Samantha), and great product. No more box stores for me.

Best prices, best service!

Good selection, found what we needed. Quick checkout and on our way

I ordered a washing machine online which was supposed to be delivered Saturday. They were supposed to call Friday night or Saturday morning with a 2 hour delivery window. At 10am I called to find out my delivery window because I still haven’t heard anything. The delivery manger, Clarence, was rude, never took any info from me, said he would call when heard something and then hung up. I called back 4 hours later and he was rude and said he hadn’t heard from the driver yet and then hung up on me. I called back an hour later and he hung up on me again. I called back and talked to the assistant store manager, Rob, who was very professional and polite. He made sure my washing machine was delivered first thing Sunday morning and gave me a discount. I hope Clarence gets demoted and doesn’t continue to work with the public.

Matt, Dan, & Brian are sharp and know their stuff! Great Will Call Dock As Well

Kudos to Samm Fisher for her informative and supportive help in our recent purchase at the Tukwila iFLOOR location. We ordered 45 boxes of the beautiful Acacia hardwood which we are installing ourselves. After several trips back to iFLOOR for advise and the return of several defective trim pieces from an outside vendor, Samm made all our problems right. She is a great representative and always made us feel we would love our new floors. AND WE DO!

I bought thousands of dollars on flooring here and installed it myself. I had a question about how to install the transition strips for the doorways and when the wood would change to carpet, because it didn't come with any directions, so I called the store to ask what to do and they said since I installed the floors on my own, they weren't going to help me in any way, because it's all or nothing. A couple days later I had a lumber liquidators guy come and measure for hardwood for the upstairs and I asked him if he could tell me a brief summary about installing the transition strip and he said no, because he didn't feel like it. Worst customer service ever. I spent thousands of dollars at your store, how hard is it to answer a simple question!

Very helpful and friendly!!!
