Flooring

We ordered some carpet from them but they never came to install it. We booked two appointments but both times no one showed up and no one called to let us know they weren't coming. This was especially hard because we have two babies and we had to rearrange the house for the install. When I called to find out where they were I was given multiple excuses related to how busy they were with their commercial customers. I canceled our job with them and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The team at Cutting Edge Kitchen and Bath were a terrific team to work with throughout the entire remodel. The design changed significantly from the original design and the team didn't hesitate to take on the new challenges. They kept me informed as timelines changed (a damaged cabinet set us back a couple of weeks). There were also things that I was responsible for and I was kept in the loop as to when those items needed to be on site or completed (specialty sink, wallpaper, faucets, light fixtures and barn door and track). The team was also great with recommendations (Cambria windowsills when I commented that it was time to sand and revarnish - a job I never have to do again! The outlet on the island with plug in and double USB.). They also researched when I asked if Schrock cabinets had a rolling cabinet and if I could get one with Cambria top. The showroom is great with a large line of cabinetry, hardware, specialty sinks and most importantly for me were the full size countertop slabs. I could prop my cabinet door selection, flooring sample, and glass sink selections up against the slab then stand back and get a very good idea of whether the combination would work or not. The end result of this remodel was even more impressive than I ever imagined!

Only had a question, but it was courteously answered. I appreciate this. Often businesses will not give the time of day to anyone not spending money. Thanks Hardwood Perfections!

Vicky in customer service is a hoot. She is great. Very helpful. A great experience all atound

Jim was amazing to work with. I had to install two toilets and a kitchen faucet and Jim took all the time necessary to make sure I got all the right fittings and supplies as I had never done any of this before. He was patient and described what to do. Great customer service from Jim!!

I am a cabinetmaker. I needed a special stain and my source was no longer in the area. Ron stepped up and found and ordered it for me. Great attitude in helping a fellow artisan.

Over the phone the conversation was a little brief but he gave me a FANTASTIC deal with the exact right material that I needed to finish my attic with some phenomenal carpet. Next time, I'll go back to him.

I had a great experience..... Found employees helpful , friendly ,an easily an left with things I went in for
