Flooring

After starting to look for flooring products through another company, and getting the poorest customer service around, I jumped ship and headed into Decor Carpet One in Bellevue. From the moment I walked in, the service was like night and day. I like that they work with their own installers so I wouldn't have the hassle of working with another entity for install. We had some issues toward the end of install, which were all promptly and effectively addressed by the lead installer. They did a great job of ensuring I was satisfied before considering the job complete. I will definitely work with them in the future. The photos show the beautiful luxury vinyl plank I had installed, which I couldn't be happier with.

We used Carpet To Go when our basement flooded over the holidays. The staff was so helpful finding the right replacement carpet for us, the pricing was affordable and the entire process was quick and smooth. I'd would definitely recommend them for flooring needs!

Had lots to choose from for hardwood and engineered flooring at reasonable prices depending on what your shopping for. They don't keep much stock on hand and there is normally a 2 week wait. They provided good service and knowledgeable staff that helped make informed decisions based on our budget and didnt try to sell us beyond our budget.

Most knowledgeable staff in the industry. They work really hard to get customers back to the job making $$$. Parking can be challenging but it's worth it.

Nielsen brothers were professional and did an excellent job of installing the carpet in a large area with several corners.

The stuff is so freandly and helpful. Prices are fair and competitive. Beautiful choices for floors and bathroom tiles. If you build or renovate, I highly recommend to stop by.

Everyone in the shop seemed to care about my experience. The owner, Miguel was on top of everything. As was his staff, Priscila, Maria, and Bill. Great experience and pricing.

It took them couple weeks to refinish the kitchen and rip-out and replace carpet with hardwood floor in the hallway. Communication with Humberto was terrible because I wouldn't know when his crew are coming in to work only a last minute txt or call. In the end, the work was decent nothing any other flooring company can't do. The big issue was this random patch job in the picture below its an eye sore. It wasn't there before and no reason for them not to finish this up. On top of that they damage the toilet and I had to replace it with my own money. Overall experience was terrible I will never go to them again.

We hired Emil to come out to sand and coat our original hardwood floors and we are so happy with the results! Emil is like an old craftsman who took the time to prep the floors and took such care with every detail. He is a true craftsman. I highly recommend him!

Excellent installation craftsmen

After going regularly to Home Depot for over 10 years, we decided to buy a washer and a dryer there. The experience was absolutely horrendous. First, the appliance associate was utterly incompetent. When asked a question, she could only read (slowly) the label on the machine. We explained we were in a hurry since our washer broke down and just want something popular that could be delivered quickly. She said she had no idea what people were buying. So I looked online at the machines having many reviews, pointed at one and asked when we could get it. It was supposed to be delivered and installed early the following week. Fast forward 10 days. Nothing has been delivered. 3 times we called Home Depot, they said they'll look into into and call us back. They never did. Ultimately, we realized, thanks to the helpful delivery company, that one machine was damaged and a replacement needed to be ordered. Home Depot said they don't take care of that, and have no way of knowing when it will be shipped. But they told me I should try calling the manufacturer and figure it out by myself! After a few more days, we grew impatient and went to another store to buy our appliances. When calling Home Depot to cancel our purchase, we were told us they thought the appliances had been delivered, and would not refund before first talking to the delivery company. No washing machine yet, and Home Depot still has our $2,000.
