He scheduled a job with me, never answered my questions. Due to the lack of information i had to cancel. Then outright told me despite scheduling the job with me he never intended to show up because the job was a waste of his time... enough said..

Joe did an excellent job on my master bathroom remodel. I had Joe perform the demo and the new marble tile installation. The craftsmanship was very good and the layout on the floor and shower was perfectly aligned. I also appreciated the daily cleanup that was performed at my house and all construction debris was promptly removed. I would recommend Joe for other projects.

Do not use this company. They installed our hardwood floors and the craftsmanship was very sloppy. Some of the boards have come loose on the stair landing. One of the nose pieces is also starting to come off. This is after a few months of use. They also got our order for cabinet drawers wrong several times. It took several months to get four drawers for one of our cabinets. They seem to be very disorganized and they don’t pay attention to details and directions/requests. There is no follow through of any sort and they don’t take ownership of their projects.

Bo from Bella's Flooring repaired a water-damaged hardwood floor in our condo in Seattle. I happened to have some replacement boards that we saved from our bathroom remodel, and Bo was able to seamlessless replace the damaged board. He also improved the appearance of some deep scratches in another area - he did a great job. He came to the apartment several times in followup. Very reliable and knowledgeable.
