Flooring

IN response to Mr. Smiths Allegations, A third-party National Wood Flooring inspector visited the site and found no evidence of product failure on the first flooring installation. Nonetheless, we supplied new flooring at our expense which was installed by the customer’s contractor. Following installation, the customer claimed the new flooring failed. Another inspection followed, and to our understanding, the inspection again revealed no product failure. We have followed up with this customer concerning the re-inspection but to date, have received no response and he has not shared the report with us. Higuera Hardwoods work hard to respond promptly and fairly when a customer is dissatisfied and believe in this particular instance, we fulfilled that obligation. Joe Gallegos CEO

I stopped by to pick up potting soil for my plants and Charla was extremely helpful. She showed me where the soil was and helped me pick out plant food for my plants. She made my Saturday morning!

Saunders is the place to go when you need expert advice and high quality products at an affordable price. Don't waste you're time or money at the Big Box Stores when Saunders has what you need at the price you want. I've made that mistake. Just go see these guys in downtown Pullman. You will be glad you did! I would give 6 Stars if that was an option.

I have spoken with 3 different salesmen over the phone and found them all to be very knowledgeable about what they are selling . I bought the pro advanced shower kit back in the summer and am only now starting to install it. I discovered that I actually needed a different sized fitting to connect the shower drain with my new drainage system so called Pro Source and spoke with Avi. He totally understood what I was trying to describe over the phone but suggested I send photos to be really sure. The photos I sent were extremely basic, but Avi was able to determine that I had missed out an essential part of the plumbing. He has saved me much time, effort and expense by not moving forward with my project until the issue was rectified. It's so reassuring to know that at this business, the folks taking your phone calls really know their business. Thank you so much.

It took 1 month to get my caulking. The caulk was back ordered for 3 weeks. Then the tube arrived with a broken off tip. I received the replacement in 3 days. Their customer service was top knotch. Their staff was always courteous and thorough, and responded to my concerns, even with my little order. It's 4 stars because it took so long, but I would not hesitate to order from Pro Supply again.

Cool people, fair price. If your a college student needing furniture of any kind this is the place!!

Good service. Can get expensive.

The variety of items is quite limited, but the service is stellar!

We were overly pleased with the staff from K.A.C.I. general contractors. They were really good at communicating with us to make sure the bathroom remodel went smoothly and it definitely did. Thanks K.A.C.I.!

I am here to purchase windows. Looking down the flooring isle at prices, their product is so inferior to that of Empires product. Quality and warranties seem way better.

sent 3 emails, no response. finally called the phone # listed on their website, and they're apparently no longer in business since the line is disconnected

AMAZING REMODEL! Always has had great lumber selection and prices which are superior to box stores. Now they have a nice selection of high quality tools and hardware is improved, too. They have packed a lot of great stuff into this small town store.
