Flooring

We walked in and looked around for a few minutes before being approached by Jason Frisinger. He immediately asked us a few questions and did not make any assumptions. We explained we were selling our home and it needed an upgraded tile in multiple rooms. He could have easily taken the easy route and pointed out a few products without consideration for our situation but instead directed us to the tile we eventually purchased and glad we did. The selection was chosen in minutes and even though we second guessed our decision a few days later, our newly hired interior designer agreed with Jason validating the purchase. We highly recommend Jason and The Tile Store off of Mopac/290/71.

If you bought it, he'll install it. Had tile and carpet installed. The results were excellent and we were thrilled. Recommended.

Best flooring company in the city of Austin!

Pay for what you get/want.

Had stuff stolen out of truck. Managment could care less.

not good,can't find the place

I had a horrible experience with Perfect Floors! They did not order all that I needed to get my floors done and I kept having to "special" order supplies that I needed to get the job done. They measured incorrectly and order too much and I could not return the extra supplies that were ordered. It took about 6 months to get my floors completed. To top it off my mother had them install flooring around the same time and they put concrete down her toilet, instead of the trash, which ended up backing up her septic system and flooding her whole house!.....But they are very quick and aggressive in calling for their money to be paid after the long and drawn out mistakes that they make:/ Very poor customer service as well, they hardly answer the phone. My family and I will NEVER use them again.
