Flooring

My wife and I contracted with this company to have hardwood floors and ceramic tile installed in our home. Louis would be overseeing the work and assured us we would be happy with their work. The work began on schedule with little fanfare. I had another project ongoing at the house that required the use of a wet saw. I was using a couple of Lowes buckets for the wet saw water supply and discharge collection. On the first weekend after the flooring work began, I went to use the wet saw and discovered the two Lowes buckets were missing. After searching for the buckets, I discovered what I believed to be my buckets among the tools and materials left by the flooring crew. I contacted Louis and asked that he ask the crew if they had used my Lowes buckets. Louis contacted the crew and provided me their response. I next instructed Louis that his crew was not to return to my project and stressed to him that he could not afford another incident like this. Louis had another crew complete the flooring project. Upon inspecting their work, a number of issues remained. Mainly removal of grout on the ceramic tile, removal of glue on the hardwood floor, glue used to hold the carpet down where it met the hardwood (rather than tack strips), transition pieces not matching the finish of the selected hardwood, cleaning of the hardwood, and fit of the quarter round molding around the baseboard. After multiple attempts by Louis and his crew to address the issues my wife and I brought to their attention, we finally decided that they were either uninterested in or incapable of completing the work to our satisfaction. My wife and I will not be using Floor USA for any work in the future.

A lot of companies offer similar services but none with this quality. Very impressed with their work. Other quotes I got were maybe a little cheaper but none were backed with the same warranty and with an owner that stands by his work. When I'm dealing with my house I don't necessarily want the cheapest, I want the best.. I would definitely recommend Greg!

Great Service! awesome selection of carpet and other flooring, including laminate, vinyl, and tile. Quick and professional installation. Definitely recommended!!

Gary was great! Helped me find what I needed at a great price.

I always enjoy shopping here for household fixer uppers. The employees are knowledgable and always helpful. I only wished the store was better laid out to find certain items.
