Flooring

Be careful. One man show, unprofessional. Made a mess of a small tile job and now it will cost three times the original cost to clean it up and get it fixed. He will tell you he will make it good and will never show up or back up his work. Not dependable or reliable.

These guys do amazing work! They polished my shop building behind my house and finished in record time! On time everyday, always easy to get a hold of them, even got someone on the phone at 10:00 one evening. All and all awesome customer service!

Thurman Flooring just did the inside of entire house. I needed special tiles and lays , like Herringbone pattern they did out of wood tile in entryway/room. They thought with strategic and creative minds when it came to little things I didn't even know about, such as how to make room transitions perfectly seemless! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THURMAN FLOORING! (Did backsplash as well as showers) Extremely friendly staff and great service with the support that's rock solid!

Found everything I needed and more switch my dogs from a local popular brand to a grain-free brand and they are happier than they can be I have very large dogs and we got a horse ball for the largest of the puppies and he has a blast with that and the treats are just incredible they love them I will be back.

I have to say... this is an awesome company to work for. The staff are the best...and your not just an employee..with USAR they treat you like FAMILY!!! Need I say more

Two years ago we discovered termite damage In the floor and walls of one of our rent houses In Jacinto City This house was built in 1948 with solid oak floors After considering all options we called Boatman Carpet One to replace the bedroom floor and tie into the existing floor and refinish Everything. Boatman’s crew did a great job Matching the new floor with the old It looked beautiful This year Hurricane Harvey brought 10” of water in the house We replaced ourselves the entire floor With 3/4” solid red oak Running short of time we called Boatman again Ken Boatman’s crew once again did a great job The floor looks amazing Boatman Carpet One will now be my go to floor Company Thanks Ken for another great job We are almost ready to move our Daughter back in

Kimberly hawk is amazing. I wanted to find someone who knew how to remodel and incorporate design knowledge. She was easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Will call again when we get to the kitchen.

I spent weeks looking in all the wrong places until i stopped into Pro-Floor!! After discussing what I was looking for, Kimberly led me right to the product that now looks perfect in my kitchen, entry and guest bath!! And being very cost conscious, I was very pleased with the price. My home still needs more flooring and when I'm ready I will be right back at Pro-Floor. Thanks for my beautiful floors!

Installer did a great job was always on time and worker hard every day. Great job!

Great floors

I would give this place 0 stars If I could. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES. Being new to gardening/planting, I challenged myself to redo my flower beds in a month. Every year I hold first summer party at my place for all my friends and this time I wanted to change and redecorate the house. In the past 1 month I made at least 10 visits to this place and from my experience I think all they want is your money and if something goes wrong with their product they would not help you. My party is tommorow and today I went to home depot to return some of the plants that died and buy NEW ONES. The lady at the return register was horrible and just rolled her eyes then she called some other lady from the garden department and she accused me of not taking care of the plants and was yelling at me when I tried to explain. I was fasting and it was raining crazy! so I decided to just walk out of that store and make my day less miserable. Guess this would be one of the stories I would tell to all my guest tommorow.
