Words simply cannot describe the pride I feel after working for this company the last two summers. I thought I was a salmon connoisseur until I was privileged to indulge in the vast array of products we offer. Enjoying a Copper River Kenai, whether it be a Red, Silver, King, or their often exported Caviar, is literally a life changing experience if you love Salmon as much as I do. Unfortunately, I am now ruined since its fairly difficult to obtain these products throughout the winter months in my hometown of Phoenix. The pride we all have in this company and its fleet is unmatched. The work is dangerous, the hours are grueling, and the elements outside make the laborious and detailed responsibilities tolling to say the least. I'm proud to say Copper River Seafood tests my character every year knowing the company takes as much value in what it processes as I do in myself.
