Great service. Rachel listen to what you are looking for, very professional, great to work with. You will not be disappointed. Thanks

Very friendly and helpful and stand by their products. Bought carpet from them about 5 years ago and they came out several times to stretch, no charge and no hassle

Great service, wonderful installation and sales (Patrick) team. Strongly recommend Kiser's!

These folks must not want any business. We went in last week and talked to someone about getting new carpet for our bedroom. The guy was supposed to call the next day to set up a time to come out and measure the room. He didn’t call and then said that the manager had to “run an unexpected errand and will call back” when my husband called them. Someone finally called the following day and they did send someone to measure. They advertised next day installation but could not do it the next day like we asked. Someone was supposed to call back and discuss coming another day, but we have yet to hear anything! They must not want our business and I will make sure that everyone knows how unprofessional they were to us so others won’t waste their time! Absolutely ridiculous!

You know, when you live in a pretty small town being able to do major upgrades to your home with local businesses can be tough. You worry about volume pricing and workforce capability, so you go to the "big city" just knowing you'll get a better deal. If you live in Athens, AL and you want to "keep it local", then Surface World is where you need to go. For that matter, you folks in the big city might want to think about this little store on Hwy 72 in Athens. Why....I'm glad you asked. The prices were great, the service was even better (yes, hard to beat service with a great price, but they did). I cannot even explain how much better our kitchen looks. If you want on time, on price, and on target to make your friends and family jealous of your new house, go see Jill and tell her John said "hi" while you look at samples and stones. Oh, I almost forgot....if you built or bought a house with stone tile and grout in the wet areas, Jill's folks can fix that too. Nope, you don't have to believe me (but of course you should), just go and you can thank me by giving Jill your business and writing something like this.

Customer service is friendly, but I was told my online order was ready for pickup, but they can't find it.

Quality flooring that is made in America. Professional installation that is backed by warranty. I was very happy with their work and I will buy from them again.
