Flooring

Great prices

I purchased an over the counter microwave that was too heavy for me to carry out. Two managers carried it out for me! Now that is outstanding customer service! (One was named Micheal from appliances, the other name I didn't catch )

My Review isn't about Rock Bottom, but it is about a Company that goes by the Name Every Floor Counts or the guy who's name is Todd Pugh who Supposedly runs it. who is or was an installer for RBC . This bunch does sub par work and are very unprofessional after the fact and they've got their money. Don't expect any answered or returned calls if you have any issues with their crappy work. Carpet cut short, tile grout repair wasn't correct color and wasn't even done right or complete. If you want a Professional Job and take pride in you home and how it looks, Stay clear of this bunch or you'll have a once beautiful home turned into Ugly real quick. Deserves less than 1 Star.

Lowes is one of my favorite stores the people are always helpful and I'm always able to check out in a timely manner

I wouldnt recommend them put flooring in my dog house. Had all thw flooring replaced upstairs. The crew stole perscription drugs, took a mini bose. Wanted me to pay for a job they hadnt finished. Bill the manager called me every day harrassing me over the money for a unfinished job. They brought there kids to work, my insurance doesnt cover your kids. Nails are popping up through the flooring and when i called Bill he wouldnt honor the work. He hung up on me. If you have thousands of dollars to throw out the window, he is your man. I posted the job on facebook. Dont use this company.

They have what you need "out here".

Had really great experience today. The manager actually helped me with my military discount. Thanks for such a quick response.

Best

Noel and his workers did an excellent job installing our floors in one of our cabins

We most appreciated The personal and FRIENDLY service we got here. They offered the best price and delivered to our home right on time.

Toca Flooring is great. I've had them work on my home and business and the workers have always been professional. Just recently we had them come to install carpet, and the workmen showed me an unexpected problem. He gave me my two options, but told which one he was going to do because, as he said, "If I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right". A++++

I had a great experience. My flooring looks fantastic and the customer service was exceptional. Ms .Debbie was the best, but everyone I met at the shop was professional. The installers were very diligent and had a pride about them. I will be back!

They were very helpful and let me take samples from the store and I have to return them
