Flooring

A1 carpet flooring by Mr. Kevan and his staff did a great job on my new flooring. Their prices are reasonable, their work was done on time. I highly recommend them to other people.

We had a great experience with Innerspace Interiors and we love our new floors! Ali has a great selection, was incredibly helpful from beginning to end and was always available to answer any questions. We had a very tight turn around time but even despite some unexpected issues on our end Ali kept us assured that he’d get it done. In the end, his hard working team diligently finished even before the initial expected completion date. We were very happy with the entire experience and would recommend Innerspace Interiors to anyone looking for new flooring. Give Ali a call, we are certainly glad we did.

They did a great job! The cabinet and the countertop were beautiful and Tonya was very helpful and kind to help me choose and complete my bathroom cabinet.

Warner carpet did an excellent job to the installation of hardwood flooring in my house, highly recommend to anyone need flooring done Fred is very knowledgeable and professional in assisting the selection, it turn out beyond my expectation. Great workmanship and Installation done on time. Great Job!!

So sorry guys I hate leaving bad reviews for local business, however, that said How I managed to put up with what a nightmare I went through just to have a staircase installed was just so unacceptable. Looks like an attorney will be involved before this is settled. Installation was great when you finally got around to it. Over a month and a half later. I missed 2 days work over scheduling. Get your act together. Passed the buck from person to person when no answers available. By the way carpet is A-1 which is why I went there in the first place.

Exemplary service is an understatement. If you want a personal touch, competitive pricing and that feeling you made the right choice this is YOUR store. Rarely will you find a gem like this. Hats off to Howard!!

Beautiful showroom and friendly designers. Definitely recommend.

Just had the most beautiful floors installed.......they look even better than I imagined. The installers were fabulous, and Ory oversaw the work throughout the day. I highly recommend them. (and I'm not even a relative!)

Horriable customer service Seems nice in the beginning but they turn to be fake.

This tile store has many good selections of tiles and related materials. The staff helping for placing orders are friendly. But we ran into some issues with them over the orders which they did not have available in the store and was suppose to come in from other locations. We calendered the tile setting according to the time Floor & Decor have us, but the tiles and accessories did not come in. We had to go back several times and talk to different people about the matter. Finally one of the managers, Nader, managed to get the order in, but the staff couldn't find it on the system or in the warehouse. This is very poor communication and perhaps software issues in not being able to track deliveries, orders, arrival time... Twice, I walked in the warehouse and found what i needed! I hope this company can get it together because they are offering great merchandise, but poor communication and coordination. This is about West Hills store.

Very nice and helpful people. Very good experience with them.

They did my bathroom and kitchen in tile and stone and I was very pleased nice people, good installers and I would recommend them.

Can't sing their praises enough! Was given an incredible price, they were on the ball, great communicators, the installers were hard-working, efficient and professional. Installers worked all day to carpet the house and got it done within a very impressive time frame. Our home looks brand new and we are thrilled with the quality of the carpet, life-changing. Just incredible. Will pass along all friends to this place. Attached is a photo during install.
