Decent selection as most Home Depot's go. My biggest complaint with the company is the lack of customer service in the store. It is very hard to track down an employee when you need help with finding a product for getting a piece of wood cut for you. They also don't do a very good job keeping specialty light bulbs in stock.

Purchased a very expensive refrigerator from here. At first I had a customer service issue with the woman working the appliance counter. I approached her and greeted her; she quickly looked away. I had to physically ask her if she would be able to help me. But no, she told the employee next to her that she had to get her husband dinner. Did not even bother to assist. The other employee was able to take care of me. I purchase my refrigerator, and was on my way. The first employee truly angered me; made eye contact with me and decided to ignore me; while I was standing three feet from her. I do not think I am being unreasonable to expect to be acknowledged, especially when it is known I am right in front of someone that knows I am there. In my opinion, these stores are good if you know what you are looking for before hand by doing the research at home and writing down the aisles from the website and heading straight there on your own. I even use self checkout to avoid dealing with some of the employees. I know in the desert there are not the highest caliber of people; but basic courtesies, and simply doing the job your hired to do is a standard that is expected. Lowes needs to do a better job at training it employees.

After many quotes from other companies and dealers I felt the most confident with this company...Locally and honest family owned.. Amazed and extremely pleased with our new floors and still can’t believe how good of a deal we were given.. The owner worked around my budget and got the job done in a timely matter. Overall positivity from the beginning to the end.. excellent customer service, respectfulness, communication and great workmanship, they took care of every detail you can think of, and the cleanup was impeccable.. I highly highly recommend.

Juan gave me a fair price for excellent quality laminate flooring.

The Best place to get the best floor carpet, vinyl, laminate & 💯% water proof laminate N tile

Just moved into a home that needed new carpeting in 4 rooms and new flooring in baths, Dinning and Kitchen. I told him I had a budget and needed heavy traffic flooring solutions throughout. Something that hides heavy traffic well. He suggested some solutions that were exactly what I needed and going the extra lap to ensure that that my vision for the flooring was met. They have answers to any floor questions. Great discounts and huge selections that accommodates quality with price and professional installations. They love making it happen for the homeowners and businesses they have served for years. James and Lisa are the owners. Both are very experienced and professional. SmartFloors met the budget, saved me money and has access to some great quality deals that work and are aestheticly pleasing to the eye. He was on time and had great answers for my home. 5 stars
