My shopping was done in the garden center...quick lines customer service a plus

Last Saturday had a absolutely horrible experience at the Vallejo Lowe's. A cashier named Terri. A horrible lazy and obnoxious person who should not be a cashier or be working at Lowe's. I picked up a knife and utility tool combo set priced at 12.98. Terri rang it up at 29.99. Told her that the price is wrong she then instructed me she had no way of changing the price and to go to the tools department. Back in the tools department no one was there so I get back in line to a different cashier..carol I believe. Terri proceeds to get loud and tell me getting in a new line isn't going to fix the price. I told her she needs to confirm the price for me because it is 12.98. She then leaves her line to come to me and tell me I need to get out of line and get a manager to get a price change. She then recommends I walk over and take a picture to confirm the price. Again I tell her it's there job to change and confirm prices not mine. She rudely and sarcastically says "im sorry that you have to walk" lol. While all this is going on Carol the other cashier simply calls someone on her radio who comes over immediately and confirms the price of 12.98. Terri is a horrible lazy incompetent person and should not be on the job at lowes.

West Coast Floor Company helped me with my current flooring project in Napa. Jesus was VERY informative and knowledgeable. They were very helpful when it came to moving furniture for me since my husband was out of the country at the time. They were very professional and always left everything clean each day they were here. My floors are BEAUTIFUL! My husband was very happy when he came home. Thank you Jesus! I will be contacting you soon to re-carpet my office we discussed!

Best place for carpeting materials to get some decent carpet installed at your home. Variety of carpet selection.

Very helpful...have great products...and knowledge about their products!

Gillespie's installed carpeting in 3 upstairs bedrooms, master closet, stairs and upstairs hallway as well as Mannington Adura Max Margate Oak Coastline Vinyl plank waterproof floors in the master bathroom and a 2nd bathroom upstairs. I waited a year to post intentionally as I wanted to see how everything would be a year after the fact. The team at Gillespie's was great, Monty, Craig and Tempe were all very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with (as were the installers) So a year later I am very satisfied with the carpets and the vinyl plank floors. I love the fact that they look just like wood, and will stand up to being in bathroom area's (no way was I going to put real wood or laminate in a bathroom). All the areas done look as good today as they did when they were installed. Great team of people to work with. Monty actually made an error when calculating the amount of carpet needed and they were a little short to finish one bedroom. Monty is a standup business man, he acknowledged his miscalculation, had the carpet installed and didn't charge me a dime more then the original quote. Now that is what I call customer service from a man of integrity. My opinion, you can't do better then Gillespie's.

This company was a subcontractor for Lowe's to install new carpet. A employee stole a cell phone and some money. When we brought this to the company attention the owner sent a generic text and didn't bother to even call to learn more about what happened. We had to file a police report and have reported them to the State Licensing Board. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY if Lowe's sends them do not let them in your house and request a different installer.

This is for sure the worst Home Depot I ever been to, the customer service is horrible when you ask for assistance they make it seem like there doing you a favor and only if you can actually find anyone willing I would try your best to avoid the place or have fun trying to get someone to help you... Good Luck!
