Flooring

The Finishing Touch Floors were referred by a Friend. No doubt they exceeded my expectations. Dave worked with me to fit my budget. He provided quality carpet for a reasonable price. The installation team were professional and did very clean and excellent job. This is second time Finished Touch Floor exceeded our expectation and did a remarkable job on our hardwood flooring, Juan and Manuel have excellent customer service and great installers. I would recommend Finishing Touch Floor if you have carpet and flooring need you should check them out. They customer service is A+++++

Used them for Hardwood floor, Good price

I was gonna check out this place until I saw the review...don't want any of that.....

DTB Custom Moulding...You guys Rock!!!! We just had DTB do our entire house in Birch Sarsaparilla engineered hardwood by Urban Floors. EXCELLENT job indeed. Better than excellent. All DTB employees are professional, punctual and very personable. Their workmanship is impeccable. Starting out with Ambrosio and Christian in the office, ending with the excellent installers, Norberto, Eddie, Manuel and Lupe. A special thanks to Norberto for the excellent stair craftsmanship and Eddie for the outstanding baseboard application. 110% satisfied and will definitely recommend DTB to family and friends in a heartbeat.....Thanks so much!!!!!

Thank you for putting up with my insurance company difficulties for 6 months. Mory, our salesman, was very patient and helpful. I finally had the last step in my flooring journey completed last week and we love it!

Beautiful work, great prices, easy to schedule, extremely professional and nice to be around – won’t go anywhere else for flooring, ever!

I cant argue about the product or the price but I can tell you this is the most inept staff I have ever run across. We went in after seeing the engineered vinyl elsewhere wanted to look at our choices, I wish I had the first gentlemen's name that we spoke with, I was ready to order the flooring he said no need to order its in stock told him the sq footage again no problem we deal with builders this is a small order. Just call and you can come pick it up. Called Friday the 8th of December said I need to come pick up flooring, I was " politley" informed it had to be ordered. Tried to explain to Omar we were told it was in stock, well to them in stock is San Diego I guess. SOOOO I am told it will be here for pick up Tues morning at 8, should have been delivered on Monday, So I call Monday to confirm everything speak to some one Jeff who said he coordinates all orders only to be told now my flooring was coming from Fresno and didnt think it would be here Tues. Whole time my contractor is waiting for flooring. Now is this day and age with computers you know exactly where an order is, you know where that truck is and when it left. So Tues morning I call and NO FLOOR, shock of all shocks, my contractor called as well only he was told the flooring was in route from SAN FRANCISCO. I am an easy person to work with but with this many lies and the right hand not knowing what the left is doing I would NEVER do business with this company again. What a complete waste of my time and the little i THOUGHT i saved I will now have to make up to my contractor.

The customer service is horrible. Ordered and paid in full on Tuesday for flooring that was to be delivered to my house On Friday. Delivery was to be free. Denise called to verify the materials were in stock. I schedule my contractor to start on Monday. Material was delivered to their show room on Saturday which is five minutes from my home. Pay my guy to pick up Monday morning, so much for free delivery, and the stair molding and t-molding are not there. These items were not delivered until Thursday, nine days after I ordered them. Had to pay more money to get my contractors back to finish the job. When I called supplier they informed me that these items were not ordered until Saturday. I was told by the owner that if I use their installers this would not have happen. This was my second job in eight months, spent over $8,000 in material and when I got mad and wanted the delivery credited they said no and pointed out that my getting upset was totally out of line.

These guys are great. We went back and forth on the carpet we wanted, finally deciding on a textured carpet from Shaw. The owner Joe and his entire team jumped on the installation, even moving the furniture for us. Installation was a breeze, the price was right and we love our new carpet. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing carpet.

I bought from here a while ago and am pleased with the services and results. Thank you

we had severe communication problems but worked out in the end
