Flooring

Very pleased. I removed carpet and replaced damaged hardwood on my entire 1st floor. From the start Jeanette was a wonderful and helpful sales associate. She made the ordering process so simple. Able and his crew were amazing completing the entire job in 2 days. I can’t say enough great things about there customer service. Thank you for a beautiful new floor.

Greatest of all local flooring accessories dealers. Best service and price. Don't waste your time w anyone else. Been a customer since 2001 and have no complaints. Their patching and self leveling underlayments are priced right and they're always stocked. Great business!!!!

Best Flooring Dist..in Orange county

I wrote this same review under Devine Design because that is the company filing for bankruptcy. After leaving our job abandoned, the owner continues doing business under the name OC floor stop, same address, same phone number... Demolition happens quick then it sits for months while nothing happens. Later to find out, they filed for bankruptcy after collecting money from us. Job was never completed, out a lot of money, had to hire someone else to finish their unfinished job. Very unprofessional, dishonest, and no class. Stay away.

I really recommend Venetian Flooring to someone who wants Quality Installation, Fast Installation, and Great Customer Service with a reasonable price. They offer a variety of brands of Real Hardwood, Engineering Wood, and Laminated, with good price. If you are looking a cheapest vendor, then Venetian is not best for you. Venetian Flooring is like Mercedes Benz. If you only care about money, then you better buy a Civic or Camry. I was deciding between Venetian and Hardwood Flooring Depot. I think they are very similar. Great product, great people, great service with good price. The reason why I finally chose Venetian, because Venetian do not use T-mold (Bump) between bedroom and bathroom. I like the finish of Venetian is more smooth and professional. Also I hired my painter, Xenak Painting and they like Venetian better. Xenak painting said Venetian is the best in Orange County. Also I was more comfortable with Venetian such as communication and friendly service. For materials, I selected Provenza Ash (Engineering Wood) for my whole house(1632 sqft) except bathroom and laundry. The salesman, Eric is very responsive and professional, also friendly. He has 18 years of experience in flooring industry. Also Eric has great crews in the house, meaning they're not hiring anyone from a third party. I've met Chris and Andrew on job site first day with Eric's introduction. I talked with Chris and he is very professional and friendly too. When I saw Chris, I felt very positive and relief. They finished my house for 2 days and half day. I was surprised with their speed and finish quality. Eric said before May is good season to install flooring. From May, they will be very busy and a lot of people are asking for job...then you may wait in line. Anyway, I would like to say thanks to Eric, Chris, Andrew, and more crews I missed on site.

Thanks so much guys, had a great experience and cant wait to see how well it truns out. 😬

Great Job

west coast flooring installed carpet in our home...we love the results! from beginning to end, the entire process went extremely smooth. our sales associate, schedulers, and installation crew were all wonderful to work with. we definitely recommend west coast flooring.

We had our floor refinished few month ago by Classic floors. our house is about 1500 sq ft. we had to stay out of our house for about a week but it was worth it. our floor looks like new.the contractor did a great job, his price was very resonable and we like the results.

Great workers great job!
