Flooring

Great

I had a wonderful experience here! I had a gentalman named Robert help me. I was in need of carpet for my living room. He helped me find a great price and the color I was looking for! I definitely recommend this place! Every worker I meet there was very nice and helpful.

Great group of people! Some of the most friendly and honest experts in the world of flooring.

Came out to do my floors for what they asked. Did half my floors said they couldn’t finish. Didn’t make us pay. But they should have said that when they came out to quote.

Lo al 100

The people and the service is awesome. If you are a property owner, and you definitely want to increase your property value you should definitely go talk to the folks at STONE KINGDOM.

Ron, Jeri, and Rhonda are amazing! I have stopped by twice in preparation of building our home and they are full of knowledge, advice, and expertise in their industry. They are patient in answering my million questions and go above and beyond getting me additional information in regards to other aspects of our home build. They are the gold standard in customer service. Thank you all SO MUCH!

My working with Daltile was a challenge at times, but due to their Manager, Jeff, it saved me as a customer and I will recommend them to others. I knew Jeff when he worked at another place in town years ago and he is all about Customer Service. If you need help, ask for Jeff. I'm now ready to finish my floor and will happily be back to Daltile for future tile projects. Thanks Jeff!

A lot of help nice people

The young man was actually well informed on the product I was looking for. Thanks

Quality work and very good family business. They are honest, fair, and absolutely trust them whole-heartedly. We've moved twice in the past ten years and they've put in carpet, laminate, and engineered hardwood. They all look great. Chuck and Cindi are the best!

Rick Wallace and everyone at Factory Flooring Outlet were a pleasure to deal with - both knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are some of the best in town, as we looked at just about every other flooring place, and they have a large selection to choose from. We had them install our luxury vinyl plank flooring in our living/dining, kitchen, and bath, and we are very happy with the results! We went with the California Black Oak and it truly transformed the look and feel of our house. They were good at communicating, flexible when we changed our order, did everything on time according to schedule, and the installation is excellent and professional. I highly recommend Factory Flooring Outlet for your flooring needs.

Great customer service

What a horrible experience I had with N-Hance a few years ago. Never thought it could be this bad. They promise you the moon and DO NOT DELIVER. I had them do a color change of my kitchen cabinets and talk about uneven coloring. It was so very terrible. They said they would repair the bad spots and did not do so. Just lied about to many things. I was a nervous wreck to say the least the whole time. The head guy Rick is a very smooth talker and just couldn't produce the sample piece they showed me in the beginning to check with for the color match later. How funny is that. I paid big money for a terrible job that may last a few years at best. We have to be so very carefull around the cabinets as not to chip off the paint. This was one of the worst experiences in my life. They even put a dent in my stainless steel frig. with their equipment and said they didn't. Not true, they did and I know how it happened. Buyers beware, they are a rip off. Denise & Dwayne of Chico, Ca
