Flooring

Very clean and the kindest people ever

Everyone is very friendly and constantly asking there's something they can help you with. Unlike Home Depot Lowe's employees are very helpful

God is really moving here praise god!

I sent a request to about 10 local Lumber Liquidators stores (I knew what product I have and it was sold several years ago there). Only 3 answered to my email, 2 of them said "Sorry, this product is discontinued and no longer available." and only Brett did the job. He found the last box stored in Miami and ordered it for me.

I love my new carpet! The sales team was very professional and helpful.

The staff has been friendly lately and the store is well stocked. It's been great running in just to grab something needed and run right back out. Keep up the good work HD!

Great Company to work with!!

Pretty fair prices on pool chemicals and testing equipment, quicker than local pool supply, but no one to give you pool advice

We have used JW Floor Covering a couple of times when they were specified by Home Depot. Each time the scheduling was haphazard. The installers did not arrive when they were schedule nor were we notified of the change. When we called to find out out when they were coming we were promised a second time and the installers were still late in arriving. Both times the work crew was undermanned and the work took considerably longer than estimated by JW Floor Covering. The installers wound up rushing the work in the second half of the install in order to finish in the evening so they wouldn't have to come back a second time. As a consequence much of the work was poorly done. This included bad seams, uneven edges under the base board. gaps at corners because the carpet wasn't cut correctly and incomplete cleanup. I would not recommend purchasing carpet from Home Depot nor using JW Flooring.
