Flooring

I Love this store. Employees are helpful and it is like an old fashioned hardware store.

The best carpet company in town! Fast ..honest..and reasonably priced!! I have used them for 15 years, at my apartment complex.

Great store, awesome Installers! After agonizing about having to hire "box store" contractors to install a an inferior product, I finally came to the realization that I need to go with a good company. Abbey has been in Auburn for as long as I can remember, so I knew they were a good, reputable and trustworthy company. After reading several reviews on different flooring companies, I decided to go with Abbey in Auburn. I spoke to Laura who made a special effort to get to my home quickly as I was pressed for time. She came out and we assessed my needs and she got back to me with an estimate very quickly. When it came time to have the floor installed the two gentlemen who came out were excellent. Avery and Eric did an outstanding job installing my Vinyl plank flooring and even went above and beyond to help carry a few of my heavier pieces of furniture back in(not part of the contract). They left my home clean and were very thorough. The product looks fantastic. It has only been a day, so I cannot review the product itself(I'll do that down the road), but Abbey flooring in Auburn exceeded my expectations.

James was friendly & helpful. I've been looking for a while and these guys had the best price on 240 sq ft of U.S. finished red oak flooring.

Great selections. Hard to find stuff without help was hard to find in all departments. Prices very competitive.

Great selection and service.

need the flooring in the whole 2000 sq ft house done, however we are doing one project at a time We were given a great quote on the whole amount but can only buy as the budget allows. They honored the price given for the full quote and the living room is georgous. Ordering another batch soon! FYI... we were advised to get all the laminate at once so the color batches were sure to be the same; we had to take our chances on that (it's high end laminate so we don't think there will be much of a variance). Thanks to Flooring USA for a great experience and beautiful flooring

We priced out Aquarius Medallion flooring around Bay Area and found J&J to be the best deal even with our project 100 plus miles away from Auburn. We did a large 5000 sf ft home in the Whiskey Aquarius. Jeff and His son are top notch installers and first class people. On time and finished on schedule. I personally recommend them for any flooring project. Feel free to contact me for a referral. Our house turned out perfect and only have praise for J&J. I also think the Aquarius product is a steal and looks better than the much higher priced competition.

Customer service was excellent. They were on time and finished a difficult job with accuracy and great service. They are very detail oriented. Installation was superior
