Flooring

My wife and I purchased flooring from Zimmermans and had a fantastic time working with them. When we were deciding on the floor to buy for our reno, Zimmermans allowed us to take the display floor models home for a few days. This allowed us to see how it looks in various lighting conditions throughout our house. Purchasing and pickup of the floor was an easy process and they were helpful with providing advise for our DIY install. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I would recommend them for anyone looking to change their floors.

From the moment we entered MP Caroll's showroom, we were impressed. Randy greeted us warmly and took care of our every concern. We had decided to remodel our fireplace and replace our carpeted floor with hardwood. Randy guided us in the decision making. Originally, I thought I would like a non- grain wood floor, however, Randy asked me a very pointed question, "Does it bother you more to see scratches on the wood or the grain of the wood?" The answer for me was obvious. Scratches would bother me. Therefore, we chose a hickory floor with grain and color variations. We ordered the flooring and set a date for installation. Sean came out to measure. He was timely, very kind and polite. Unfortunately, our stone mason was not as reliable. Due to personal reasons, he was unable to do our work. We ended up calling Randy at least three times to change the date of installation due to the fireplace not getting completed as planned. He was gracious and understanding. He kindly rescheduled every time, assuring us that our satisfaction with MP Caroll was of most importance to them. They bent over backwards to accommodate us. The installers were also timely and very professional. The job was recently completed and we are very pleased. I love the grain in the wood and the color variations. I highly recommend MP Caroll for all your flooring needs. Roy & Kathleen

Muppets to Home Depot with a successful but not what you will always be worth you going but I succeeded my tasks
