Flooring

We stopped by to look at product....the staff are helpful and informative

Very helpful staff and great products

I was very pleased with my purchases of flooring and backsplash. The flooring installation was great but they get some stars off for tile installation and their lack of response at my complaint. I don't think the tilers actually work for Edgar miner though. I did inform EM of my issues but they never followed through. The tilers used grout at the interface between the countertop and backsplash. This is a big no no. Caulking should have been used. Because of this all the grout at the interface has cracked. I'm now having to hire someone else to come and fix it. Update: Edgar Miner FINALLY did the right thing and got their tiler to fix the problem. Therefore I'm updating the rating to 4 stars.

Salesperson not very informative or attentive.

Came when he said he would. Explained the process clearly and did an amazing job. My floors look great. Obviously takes pride in his work. Good price. Highly recommend.

We had sub-par bamboo floors installed by another company 4 years ago that needed to be replaced. Steve from TDI came in and took total care of us! We had a 3 week timeline to order hardwood and have it installed to coincide with our small children's school break. Steve took it on and said, "This is not a job, it is a mission!" With the upmost care and professionalism his team worked overtime to make this stressful time easy. The floors look great, the customer service was exceptional and the cost was great! I would recommend TDI Hardwood to everyone with a smile on my face!

I love my new office chair! Since switching to my Haworth from my old Staples chair I have really noticed a difference in my energy level and with all the different adjustable parts it feels like it was made especially for me. I spend 6-10 hours a day in front of the computer and the old soreness I used to get in my wrists is gone thanks to the adjustable armrests. I highly recommend Brenda and her team!

Great experience, able to find the perfect rug for my apartment, super reasonable price and extremely friendly service, would recommend to anyone looking for flooring, carpets, or rugs.
