Cool renovation store

We chose to use Ayr Flooring to do the hardwood and tile in our home, and couldn't be happier with the result. We had a very specific idea about what we wanted in terms of wood and were able to find a very close match with the Mirage product they offered. They had a good selection of tile for our foyer and we were able to find something we liked for there as well. The installers were on time and very careful around the house. They were able to answer my husband's questions and did a very impressive job in our opinion. We won't hesitate recommending Ayr Flooring to our friends.

We had new hardwood flooring put in last summer. There was a large long bump on the floor in one room. We were told to wait for a couple of months to see if the bump went down. It didn't. I've called the store numerous times always leaving a message. Each time I call them, I get told they are very busy. We went back to the store and explained our situation once again. Still no call back from these people. I called again from home, left a message once more....This has gone on way to long with NO CALL BACK! This company obviously will NOT WARRANTY THEIR WORK!! For that reason, I don't recommend them at all.

We were looking for a carpet runner to match existing colours of hardwood and walls - very difficult. Dee was very helpful and knowledgeable - and even made an inhome visit to assist us. A previous selection I made without Dee's help was wrong and she made it right for us, with prompt service and the Beautiful Guarantee. I recommend Fitzgerald Carpet One and will definitely go back.

We have just opened a Raw Pet Food store in Oakville and as with any new opening there is a long to do list with many follow ups! We required entry mats for our store as well as non slip mats for our freezer and we had such a positive experience with Dan Stevens, who walked us through the options without be pushy or trying to upsell . This time there was no follow up required as Dan supplied the product ahead of schedule and even lent us a promotional mat for the grand opening. Swans service surpassed our expectations and I would definitely recommend this company.

The short version - we are VERY happy with Marcella Carpets, and specifically Dave Anderson. The long version .. We found a Brazilian Cherry floor here that we absolutely loved, and had a quote done, with and without installation. We ended up purchasing just the wood from the store, and our contractor was supposed to install it. At the last minute, I had to call Marcella because the contractor bailed, and Dave came to the rescue. He worked with us to make sure the area was ready for his installers, and arranged for them to be there the next week. The installers were very friendly, and they did good work. The floors look AMAZING, and I wish those same guys did tile work too because I would hire them in a heartbeat. Our contractor installed our tiles, which we ended up buying from Marcella too (after searching the whole city for something we liked, that fit our budget). And to top it off, we had a custom rug done through Marcella, to sit on top of the hardwood in the playroom. It's huge, and so soft. We need to re-tile our main hallway later this year, and we will be calling on Dave at Marcella again.

Beyond Expectations These guys did my Luxury Vinyl Flooring and I would have done it myself but I was in a motorcycle accident. I'm ok but some things are still a bit tender. I've been wanting to try going back to the gym but got into a rut. 14 months ago I was getting into bodybuilding. Anyway, I told these guys and they went and sent a message to Mr Olympia Jay Cutler that I could use some encouragement! He sent me a personal video pep talk! Couldn't believe it. Was mind blown. On top of that my floors look amazing and Refloor has a Lifetime Warranty which isn't offered ANYWHERE else.

(Downtown location)Honesty the best customer service I've gotten in Buffalo and maybe anywhere else. I stumbled into this store after lunch. The owner (david jr and staff) would walk people around getting the sense of what you wanted. Very knowledgeable and helpful even if you have never been rug shopping before They brought over any rug we were intrested in and they layed each one out in our room to see the true fit with our difficult lightning. They researched a style of rug that they didn't have on them and brought multiple samples over to check out as well. Very professional.
