Flooring

We have used Advantage Hardwood several times over the decade we have owned our home in downtown Buffalo. Our house is 120 years old and several of the floors Dave and his crew have repaired and refinished for us are original to the house. When they've needed to they've even specially milled new floorboards for us that match what was originally installed. I can't imagine trusting anyone else to work on our floors. Our house was converted to a dentist office in the 70s and the floors were treated like garbage for 40 years. You wouldn't be able to tell if you didn't know after Advantage got through restoring them. As we move through the house and re-do rooms, getting to call Dave is just the best because they can repair ANYTHING. Floor refinishing is one of those things that a lot of people try and DIY, and we've had plenty of friends who did their own - and regretted it after seeing ours. Advantage Hardwood is the way to go.

He redid my flooring and evened up everything. The floor is soundproofed and so solid! He also renovated my kitchen with some very cool and unique additions to help make a small space more usable!! He put up new drywall. This guy thinks outside the box and his woodwork is exceptional! I would highly recommend this guy!

Its a lowes...what did u expect? You know whats there, you know whats not. If you went there and they didnt have it, you went to the wrong place. If you went there and they had it, great, you went to a lowes. The prices arnt good, the prices arnt bad...because its lowes. What were you expecting? You know what your getting yourself into when walking into a lowes...seriously why are you even reading a lowes review?

Thanks to all the reviewers.....I had them install a kitchen floor in 2010 and its perfect. I think they changed hands since then. I was thinking of adding more hardwood to other areas of my home. Guess I will pass.

Pinecrest was a great help in my kitchen reno project. We were matching up old strip oak and dealing with various issues on the old subfloor. They fit us in on short notice and did a very professional job. Very impressed and would gladly work with these guys again.
