John and Terry are so amazing! We are doing a renovation and this being our fourth in the past 5 years, I can tell you there is no two guys that tile to this standard that I have come across. Their work is absolutely five star. They are honest and extremely hard working. Working while eating their lunches. Thanks again so much!

The Ultra sonic blind cleaning service is fantastic. My blinds look new again. They took them in the morning and had them back by end of day. Great service.

they have everything you need

Great service and staff knew what they were talking about, found everything I was looking for and more and they price matched it as well. Nice clean welcoming store, would recommend to anyone

Bought a bunch of drywall from them - from dealing with Lisa over the phone, to meeting the guys who delivered it, everyone was awesome to deal with!! It came when they said it would, was a pleasure ordering over the phone & they have competitive pricing.

Great company! Bill did an excellent job with our carpets, they look like new again. Thanks BC Flooring & Cleaning.

We are writing to thank the owner of Ashton's United Floors for a job well done. We replaced our carpet in the living/bedrooms with vinyl plank and we are extremely happy with our choice. Our installer was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and methodical about his job. He would be welcome in our home anytime. We highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

We have dealt with Corey at Ashton’s for all our flooring. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and competitive in pricing. We have vinyl planking, bedroom carpet and Lino in 2 bathrooms. Chris the installer was absolutely meticulous and professional. Would highly recommend.

Great store. Great staff team. You'd think you would have to pay way more than the depot stores, being the updgrades of quality, selection, and people knowing what they are talking about, but I'm not sure it's true. Very happy with the service, the product, adn the price.

Staff member Josh was very helpful. Knowledgeable in electrical.

We loved working with CFM for our kitchen and powder room remodel. We worked with Trisha to design our cabinets and countertops and Anne for the backsplash and flooring. Trisha's expertise, excellent customer service and her genuine concern for the final product made the whole experience enjoyable. She guided us through the entire process with a perfect balance of listening to our preferences and giving her expert advice. The cabinet selections and layout she designed are both functional and gorgeous. She checked in weekly to make sure everything was on track and followed up as needed to make sure the product was delivered and installed on time. Anne was also amazing to work with. She helped us find just the right match for our backsplash and flooring, which perfectly complement our modern design. She gave us her opinion but also listened to our needs. She took the time to work with us and was never pushy or rushed. We would definitely work with both of them again. We highly recommend working with Trisha, Anne and CFM.

Comparable pricing to other carpet vendors. Great installers and customer service. Can normally provide next day service and does installs on Saturdays when scheduled in advanced.

Good News and Some Really Bad! We recently purchased a townhome in Palm Springs. We soon discovered that there wasn't a lot of carpet stores in the area. We stopped buy Flooring Innovations and the salesman told us that this particular store was moving and they had some special deals on some good quality carpet. Well, it WAS a good deal (that part was true) but the problem was they called a couple weeks later (after we completely paid for it) and told us that they didn't have all of the carpet that we paid for. Their excuse was ridiculous but they did have some of the carpet so we had 2 of our 3 room installed. Their installers were on time and very good but we never could figure out why it took them TWO WEEKS to tell us that they didn't have some of the carpet that we ordered. OK, so we ordered some other carpet for our one remaining room but they messed up AGAIN! This time the same salesman "forgot" to order it" and so we finally just canceled our order with them and dealt with the other major carpet company in town. WOW! What a mess! We got a Great Deal on the surplus carpet but the whole process took 5 weeks and a lot of frustration.
