Excellent work! Had all hardwood floors in my house refinished. They did a great job, we have had several people ask us who did the work and we are happy to point them in the direction of superior reflections. Finished project in one day and I barely had to clean up behind them as they did a great job blocking things off so sand dust wasn’t going throughout my house. Thanks for a job well done and if we need anything in the future we will not hesitate to hire you again!

Very rude employee!!! I walked in the store with a empty McDonald’s drink and bag in my hand as I browsed the shelves. I found a trash can and threw out the garbage as I continued to shop. At checkout a young female employee came up to me and sternly said “where’s your Burger King!!?” And I said “I threw it out.” and the employee says waving her hand in my face “oh so you just left it in the store somewhere!?” Obviously trying to embarrass me in front of people I said “NO I PUT IT IN THE TRASH CAN!” And once I said that she did not know what to do so she just walked away and sat behind the computer in the booth at the front of the store. The employee (who’s name I did not catch) was a brat and does not know how to treat a customer! This employee should rather be retrained or replaced! You never question a customer about something like that unless you see them leave trash on shelves! NOT IMPRESSED AND NOT GOING BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN!!

Great friendly staff. Decent value. Could use more modern tile options. But one of the largest flooring selection in the area.

I needed some carpet in a pinch, had exactly what I needed and I was in and out in under five minutes amazing customer experience

Yesterday Levi cleaned my carpets. He did a great job in a short time. He could not have been more pleasant or professional. The price was great and my carpets look like new.

Completely unbelievable experience. When I was in the webster location this morning, I was appalled. Hearing an employee talking very loudly in not only crass but down right fowl language. “F” ing the company up and down and saying that someone could felash him! (For better words Verse his terminology Completely unbelievable. I heard a fellow co-worker speak up to try to quite him and he continued to “f” his job up and down. Will never shop at this establishment again.

We wanted to have hardwood floors installed by this company. Pat was very difficult to get a hold of. He would not answer his phone, had to always leave a voice mail. Sometimes it took him a couple days to get back to us. Said he left his phone at home. Against my wife's better judgement, we hired him to do our floors. He asked us in an email if we could give him a 50% down payment, or anything else, that it would be greatly appreciated if we did. I told him that I wasn't comfortable with giving him any money until the job was completed. We already paid for the flooring in full. Well after 7 weeks of going back and forth and plenty of delays and empty promises, he never even started the job, like he promised. Very sorry that we got mixed up with this guy! Would not wish it on anybody.

This store is constant in one thing. Horrible costumer service. Every single time I go they just fail. Today they had me waiting for 20 minutes by the back door for one bag or rice coal. Another time I went they refused to take my tax exempt number. When asked why they said because its not a farm number. It was a new york state number. Another time they refused to price match a competitor on dog food. Saying that I needed to bring in a recite for the exact same food from the competition. They would not take the price that was listed on the compitions web site as proof. Honeoye falls store on the other hand simply amazing constant amazing service and staff that go above and beyond to help. Even as far as lending their own personal tools to help out when the shelf is empty. Will never again go to the geneseo store. Honeoye falls for life baby.

The only thing 'christian' about this company is their name. They're robbing every customer! Do some shopping around and you will find out.
