We purchased loose lay vinyl plank flooring and underlay for our condo . Rebecca was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about the product and researched to make sure we had the right underlay to meet the strata bylaw compliance. Awesome attention to detail! We are installing the product ourselves and she provided us with good guidance. Great personal customer service! I would highly recommend this little store! Ken & Susan, Lake Country

This company ruined our basement with their horrible re-flooring job after a flood and took $1000 of our much need money right before Christmas.

It was a pleasure to have the Strong Roots Flooring team work their magic on our older wooden floors. They brought them back to life.I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Welcome to Koeda Hardwood Floors its not just business It's personal. Custom hardwood colors, stains, distressing or contemporary one of a kind floors. Personal service our top priority. Value for your purchase second to none.

A few years ago I wrote an unhappy review based on my experience. To my surprise and appreciation, Steve, one of the principals contacted me this year to ask to clean up my frustrations. Thank you. We are working towards a solution and I am confident they will resolve it. It was nice to see the effort to make things right from my perspective. Know they do try.

Carey and his team at Small’s Tile and Flooring are stellar. We chose Small’s to supply and install all the flooring and tile for our new home 3 years ago. Today, my floors and tile look as new as the day they were put in. Thanks, Carey!

Great, no BS customer service. Great prices too.

We stopped into Interior Floor Connection because the marquee sign said that they had the best selection of luxury vinyl plank flooring. They weren't kidding--the selection was amazing, even though the show room is small. The small showroom is probably why the prices were so good--it's not open all the time, so you might need to make an appointment, but it's very worth it! Darrell was helpful and informative. We only had a small project this time, but you can bet we will be going back when finish the whole house. Thanks, Darrell!

I have known Maggie Wood on a professional basis since 2006. Having just purchased a condo, I relied on her expertise and professional knowledge to advise me when I decided to change the verticals on the balcony sliding door to drapes for a more formal, elegant look. Maggie was very patient and made helpful suggestions as I poured through countless window cover books. I began with a patterned sheer, then added a solid drape behind it two years later. Last year I decided to get rid of the vertical blinds in the master bedroom. I wanted to have blackout curtains and something sheer for the daytime. Maggie’s background in the drapery field and knowledge of the textile industry really came through as she narrowed down what I was looking for. The window covering pulls the whole look in the bedroom together. I’m now ready to change the window covering in my office/guest bedroom. When I visited Maggie in her store recently, she showed me the latest designs in window coverings. I know that I can rely on her advice to help me come to a decision. I would highly recommend Maggie Wood for any project, be it for an apartment, office and/or luxury home. Her prices are very competitive and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. It is also rare to find such personalized service. Maggie really cares about her clients.

Looking to have your hardwood refinished then look no further than Mark and Peter @ European Craft. These guys are European craftsmen and really know their stuff. They have a very efficient dust collection system with minimal dust exposure allowing us to paint immediately after the job was completed. What was most impressive was their ability to show us nine different color stains on the floor making our decision extremely easy. We have nothing but great compliments on our new floors and was asked by friends of ours to give them the name of the contractor who refinished our floors. They are professional, thorough ,and competitive. You owe it to yourself to give these folks a call.
