Absolutely amazing. Best customer service experience I've had in a while. It's nice to shop on the weekend and have staff that know where to find everything you ask for (in other words, no teenagers that give you the, "Um, try that isle maybe?"). Great selection of various flooring types especially carpet. Family owned and operated for multiple generations. Their quality of installation and workmanship is always top notch especially on high end custom borders, inlays and designs. If you want a certain product with a specific design that no other store has,Stafford will get it for you. Their specialty is making custom area rugs including in house bindings (very few places offer that service anymore). They work with many interior decorators in the Rochester area which tells you attention to detail is Stafford's goal.

The installer Chuck was very courteous worked hard and exhibited job integrity. He was there to do the best he could and did so in a timely fashion. He and his helper were very good about cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day.
