We recently hired Innovative Flooring in Exeter to install several hundred square feet of beautiful Vinyl Flooring in our bathrooms and entries. At the same time we also had almost 1000 square feet of Berber Carpeting installed as well. Darryl came out previously to leave several samples to assist us in deciding what profile we wanted and to do an accurate measure-up of how much of each we needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Soon after we made our choices, Darryl's Installer came out to install the vinyl and carpeting. He did an awesome job and and was very friendly and highly skilled at his trade, we have had many comments on how our floors look so amazing. We would highly recommend Innovative Flooring. They have a great selection from which to choose, and their Customer Service is second to none. We had them back to lay a sub-floor and hardwood profile vinyl flooring in our dining room and it looks so good, many of our guests think it is actual hardwood flooring, but far easier to clean! We just purchased our tile for our ensuite and I wish I had known about this place sooner. We would have purchased all of our tile from here. Every member of staff was helpful and welcoming. The prices were cheaper than all the competing stores. There are so many variants to choose from, we walked in and within 15 minutes we had everything picked out and a really friendly staff loaded the tile in our car. I couldn't be more satisfied s a customer! Thank you!

Amazing customer service! they were honest and helpful explaining all the differences in quality and type of flooring. The installation was great as well. Fast and professional. We did a complete Reno of house. Hardwood, tile floors, carpet and showers. We could not be happier! I highly recommend Halls flooring for any project large or small.

Ordered carpet in Mohawk Burgandy, came in as berber, had to wait next one came in cut smaller than ordered and ripped. Upon install it was apparent it was defective OVERDYED, rough texture, it literally stained our clothes, socks, vacuum cleaner everthing red. Was told by manager just tear it out ourselves and get our money back. No resolution offered, untill calls to corporate, then they basically let the installer go, "cut his work" when he had nothing to do with it. He just put in what was given to him. Avoid this place very unprofessional manager and district manager. There are many places to buy carpet do yourself a favor don't put yourself through what we just went through right before the holidays. Also they according to their own receipts expect installers to "make what the store sold them" WORK even if it means seaming it in multiple places due to salesman error! Read the back of their receipts states this clearly!

Outstanding customer service! My initial order was incorrect. Within 12 hr of notifying Fruit Ridge Tools, they shipped out the correct order. And didn't require that I ship the incorrect order back!

Best Prices in the area on tools, supplies, and construction components. Inventory varies. Just about everything but supplies are limited.
