BTO TRAINING did Telehandler Training and Certifications for employees at Weyerhaeuser. Great group of people

Helped very well

Went in the day before a long weekend to a showroom full of customers, waited until someone was able to help product information. The Sales Manager, Dennis, answered all my questions and even managed to cut the product on the spot. Out the door with industrial runner for our boot room at a good price and solid service.

Great customer service.

I'll admit, I was one of those local residents of Revelstoke that thought I could get a better deal by going out of town for my flooring. I drove to Kelowna, hit several different flooring stores, carted home a trunk load of samples and found myself completely underwhelmed by the selection and overwhelmed by the prices. Enter Revelstoke flooring.... From start to finish Tiffany and Jessica were consummate professionals. They helped me choose the right materials, showed me several different patten and colour options, sent an installer to measure, quoted me accurately and had my new floor in within a week. The trim looks great, the lines are straight and the colours make my kitchen look brighter. 5 Stars for Revelstoke Flooring...My only regret is not writing this review sooner.

We asked for a quote several times but never received it. I went to the store to see if possible if I can book an appointment to install but there was absolutely no interest from any one.

TEC Floors has done 2 projects for us. We have been very satisfied with the quality of flooring that TEC helped us choose. Selecting the right flooring has made a huge difference to our home, for our condo we used engineered oak, which was simple to clean and maintain, now for our house we were able to use the same brand Laurentian hardwoods but in the solid form. It looks wonderful and is holding up as expected. We also sourced backsplash tiles TEC as well, at great rates compared to other tiles retailers. Installers were timely, and kept the place clean after the work day. I reccomend this company knowing they do such a fine job. I look forward to getting our bathroom project started :)

This company's flooring was installed in my new condo when I bought it 8 years ago. The flooring began to fail after 6 years. I called to get some advice as the company name was given in my new building manual and had no return phone call or email. This week there was a promotion for businesses in my area and this company was one of them. I called them again hoping for an opinion and guidance and the owner would not have any conversation but to say I had to go back to the developer who is now operating under another name. This company offers to deal with the public giving wholesale pricing. I'd never deal with them given the type of service the owner gave on the phone.

Uncommunicative and unhelpful . Apparently does not want customers.
