Flooring

We were forced to replace the existing flooring in our condo after it was destroyed by water.. We chose Divine Flooring after extensive comparison of alternative products and couldn't be happier with the result. Sean, who assisted us on our visit to the showroom in the Mart was extremely informative and followed though on every commitment, return phone call, promised date that he made. Our floor is beautiful - much more so than the original one!

Lots of bargains on flooring.

I have used Tish for both hardwoods and carpet, for both moving in and updates when moving out. 1- They come out to your house for a free and timely (~2 days of my request) evaluation, so there is literally NOTHING to lose to have them come out and give you a quote. 2- they are consummate professionals from the person giving the quotes, to the show room, to the installers. 3- Their prices always beat anyone else. Literally, no one has come close, even when others are having sales. 4- Last, but not least, their quality is fantastic. I have had their flooring for two years with one issue: a transition came loose, so they came out within a week, fixed it (no issues, no lip, no long explanation needed). Flooring is so important in a home. Tish is the best, and I highly recommend them!

Great Job Great Prices We just remodeled our office and the new carpet looks great installers on-time and did a great job

HR Is totally AWESOME! Great place to work. I am again trying to gain employment in the weeks to come.

I went there on a weekday mid-morning (not typically a busy time). There were 4-5 staff members and including myself 3 customers (1 of them who came in a minute after me). I was there for 10 minutes wondering around trying to get some help and no one even said a word to me the entire time. No hello or can I help you. Yet the person who came in after me was served. I understand if they're busy but at least have the courtesy to say hi and that someone will be with me once they finish up. Or at least put the pricing on your samples otherwise it's completely useless to browse on your own. I went to three other flooring stores in Guelph and got much better treatment - rather give them my business even though this place has good reviews and did seem to have some nice things.

Little bit

Fantastic!!

Bad sales experience. Not very polite when explaining all the options. Sorry I don’t know the full history of the flooring industry.

Melissa was so helpful! Thank you for the great service in our community!

Have done business with Kemp's multiple times ... both personal home and rental homes. Always top-shelf! Great people, great products, great pricing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. My experience with Kemp's goes back many years .... most recently in the last 12 months.

Great place to shop

Friendly staff
