Furniture

Have been a customer for many years. Have always been pleased. Had a table delivered this am, the young men were very helpful & courteous.

Beautiful furniture and excellent customer service, I was very grateful to see Ms Roma there who was really nice, friendly and very professional in service she was offering and helped me make my decision on a very beautiful consul and was really flexible for delivery, I was totally very satisfied with herself and the team.

Great service and best prices! We did some shopping around for my couch and Northeast was able to beat the other low priced furniture stores in the Cleveland area. Great delivery and fast set-up. I know where I’m going first for the next item I need!

Great place to work very good environment.

It's not a bad furniture store, but just know what you're buying. Most of the furniture sounds like it's a great deal, because it is. However, if you were to look at a different store you may find that for around 100$ more for your purchase you'll be buying a WAY nicer of a product that would outlast any warranty this place will over you. Overall, nice place and friendly knowledgeable people are employed here, also a nice selection of furniture, it's just not the best for what you're spending.

I recently made my second purchase from badcock. William, once again, went above and beyond with customer satisfaction and making sure everything was perfect. Badcock is lucky to have employees like William

Overall experience was awesome....from purchase to delivery. Too bad every place doesn't treat their customers like Badcock does. Thank you for a totally painless shopping experience!

Sales woman was very rude. Wont be getting my business.

Very friendly staff and lovely display of furniture and selection!

Fantastic people ... great store!!!

Wonderful place to hunt for treasures and will be going more often.

These guys are awesome
