I just bought a sectional sofa and so far so good. It is not a budget furniture store. Delivery and set up was timely and easy.
-------- update Aug 2017 ----------
Now trying to sell this sofa (original $4400) - still immaculate - on Facebook. Received a message from a guy who bought the same sofa for $1500 (new) from Kesay. I am changing my rating as obvs I have seriously overpaid for the sofa - and I won't ever shop at Kesay again - BEWARE!

Service in store was great. The accounting side of the company is not great. Too many issues to elaborate on. Word of caution, be careful when handing over your credit card details to them.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Contessa. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, their product knowledge was impressive as well.
The staff and the owner himself bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchases.
All the products they carry are top quality. I'd recommend contessa to all my friends and family.

Prices here are always good. The food is fine. The quality of everything they sell is very good. Just be sure to build it yourself unless you feel like spending a bunch of money. You'll need a truck or SUV to take the majority of the furniture home. Or you can have them deliver it.
