Furniture

Exceptionally poor quality service, the tall lanky computer guy had to be called for, we wanted a laptop for our daughter and not only did he not really want to be there or answer questions, he put the laptop specs on the website of staples for us to look at and took off. We went to best buy where the customer service was so much better.

Went in to look at furniture, appropriately 4 to 5 staff sitting on a couch set near the front entrance, was noticed but not one staff member asked if help was needed! Was able to walk around the whole store, was passed by staff still not asking if help was needed! I believed I was passed off because I am young, I look younger and staff just thought I didn't have money to spend. Poor customer service! Took my business else where!

Gréât service

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Someone came to offer assistance within a minute of walking into the store.

Good service, lots of selection for your kitchen and living room

Looking forward to the delivery of our beautiful sofa.

I have gone into the Amherst location and bought a few things ovwr the last couple months and the staff there are always welcoming and eager to help and friendly. My salesperson went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. His name was Craig Legere. We will definitely go back to buy more furniture from him when needed ☺

My fav guy works for this company, i have to say i like the work cars and his uniform looks good. keep the awesome work fellas :)
