Great staff. Very helpful.

Had lots of fun buying paints and learning the hobby.

Great prices

If you are anywhere is southwestern NB, this is the place to get re-upolstery done. Very good work with attention to details with a broad supply of samples and material in his shop.

You want quality, high class work, you will get everything and more...

I tried to get some documents printed, signed and scanned, but their scanner stopped working. As I waited for them to troubleshoot the scanner, my charged time on the computer went up to $6. When they finally gave up trying to get it to work they offered to scan my document onto my USB for $3 a pagr. Rather than accepting I could have gotten them scanned within the time it took them to troubleshoot their scanner, they decided to try and charge me more. Very poor customer service.

Friendly staff and great service. Canadian made products.

I usually have great service at the store, I bought a printer last week and it did not work when I got it home, the lady at the store when I bought it was excellent, told me how to return it if it didn't work. I went to return it and the "kid" that was there with the short hair was not what I expected. It was a large box and heavy, I do not have a vehicle to transport it back as she said I could do the next day. She was not helpful in any way shape or form, it was like I was bothering her. So I had to take it back to my friend's car. and when I asked if there was dumpster still about she said yes with a big smile and told me to have a good night. So that is what I did. It's not the rudeness but the sarcasm in her voice that made me upset. Never have I had such an experience and never will I be back again, trust me. Looks very bad on your store. :(

Always get nice stuff at affordable prices

I ordered a dishwasher back in May - I still don't have it, 5 months later and the disappointing part is I keep getting the run around - no one knows anything when I call the store. The staff I have talked to have been friendly but not informative.

Best spot to get appliances in town

Best staff ever!! So welcoming and kind. They did everything they could to help me find what I was looking for. They listened to what I have now and the problem and what I wanted. And they all helped make sure I left happy with EXACTLY what I needed to know. They are very honest about their products and services they don't have hidden fees. I look forward to returning with all my internet and phone needs!
