Great store, great staff. Ashley helped me find the perfect mattress and made great suggestions in finding the right fit as I suffer from back and knee problems. The mattress itself is fantastic and delivery and setup were on time, professional and courteous. I will never buy from a big box store again. Prices are excellent as well!

Friendly staff, great price and great selections

I was very pleased with the customer service, both times I came into the store today. They let me walk around the store, have my own little look, and did not pressure me into any sale.When I returned the second time, I had decided on the chair that I wanted and then pointed out to me a coffee table and end table sat that appealed to me and it was a great price, so I walked out with that, too!

Small curb side place, full of quality used furniture. At times, can be quite busy.

TLDR: DO NOT BUY THE ALICIA CHAIRS. Or any chairs that have the same style as the Alicia Chairs. I bought a full dining set (Melina table and 6 Alicia Chairs) from Structube in July 2018 and it was one of the worst mistakes I have made. There were multiple issues that I have encountered: 1 - I originally wanted to pick up my order however, it was delayed by 2 WEEKS and I had no choice but to get it delivered to my house for which I had to pay a delivery fee. 2 - They do not have a flexible delivery system. As in, all I was told is that they will give me a time period the DAY BEFORE my delivery and I did not get to choose which time period. If you'd like to compare, Ikea allows you to specify the day AND the time period of your delivery at your own convenience. 3 - The Alicia Chairs were defected. I order 6 Alicia chairs and out of those 6, 4 were defected. The chair legs are not made properly so when you put it together, it ends up being wobbly. Now the Alicia chairs (and a few of their other models) have a knob (see attached image) at the end of their legs. The knob is for padding so that your floor doesn't scratched from moving the chairs. The knobs can be unscrewed and the staff suggests for me to unscrew the knobs to make the chairs balanced. If I bought cheap chairs, I would not have minded with unscrewing the knobs; however, these chairs each cost $100. 3 of these chairs COST MORE THAN MY DINING TABLE. Also, if you shop at Structube, you understand the value of the design/look of your furniture. When you unscrew the knobs, not only does it ruin the look of the chairs but it also is obvious and it makes a lot of noise when moving the chairs. Unfortunately, the Alicia chairs were backordered in July and I waited until Sept. 2018 to exchange them. When I decided to wait to exchange my chairs, I was told by the staff that I would be notified when they arrive and that they would set up the chairs beforehand to verify that the new chairs were not defected. I, myself, had to follow up with them in Sept. in terms of whether the chairs were arrived and I had to notify them what they suggested to me (for them to set up beforehand to verify the quality). Then I had to wait ONE WEEK (during which I called them and inquired every other day) for them to finally set up the chairs to let me know if they were defected or not. When I finally went to the store to pick them up; I found out that the chairs were defected. Whoever set them up to test them for me did not do it properly. In total, I, MYSELF, have tested out 12 (TWELVE) Alicia chairs. Out of those 12 chairs, ONLY 4 (FOUR) were not defected. I have nothing against the staff as they were very helpful and tried their best to satisfy me but their product is not well made. I wish I had a warning like this before I shopped at Structube; I hope it will be helpful for you.

Been coming to this place for years, since before the move to their new building in the same plaza. Never had a poor experience with anyone working there or general buying experience. For what it is, it's great at it. Inexpensive and tasty cafeteria food, drop off zone for your kiddos, plethora of demo rooms to get tangible ideas for rooms in your home, friendly and helpful staff. Missing parts for your furniture, or trying out an Ikea hack, the missing parts store has you covered. What more could you reasonably ask for?
