New business in Old Town Kemptville.

Buy an RV mattress that you can actually LAY ON before ordering!!! We have been wanting to get new mattresses for our travel trailer but didn't want to order them "blind" from a camping store. What if they weren't comfortable?! I was so excited to learn that not only could I buy new mattresses for my RV right here in Kemptville, but you can actually lie on several different types and find one that works best for you, then they can order the RV size for you. Soooo much better than just ordering a random mattress that may or may not be comfy. Tim and Deb were awesome. They truly have a passion for making your sleep experience the best that it can be!

Sent a chair in that was promised to be done in 5 months. It took a little over a year before I got it back. Every time I messaged the owner in regards to what was taking so long, they would just read my message & never respond but could gladly gloat on their Facebook page how they were able to get done over 90 cushions for church pews but couldn't fix my chair in the time frame they promised. I thought perhaps since they went over the allotted time they quoted, id get some sort of refund but nope. The owner has poor customer service skills along with clear anger issues/small dick syndrome. Don't take your business here. It's a complete waste of time.

Very clean, well staffed and a varied furniture selection!

RAC... Tries to keep the news and most attractive products in store... Plus the associates are A Plus in warmth and knowledge!!!

awsome place and people

James was awesome. Great customer service, very polite and helpful. He gave me a great deal. Just walked in and told him what we liked and 10 minutes later it was ours!!!!! Awesome people skills and very attentive to our needs. My daughter and I were super impressed. Thank you James!!!!

The store and management were awesome, especially after it's under new management and Jason is such a respectable and easy guy to get along with. He thanked my wife and I for returning as customers, since we had a bad experience with the last store manager.

We had purchased a lovely old watercolour from a market recently. Unfortunately the frame had been painted black, which did not do the painting justice, and after reading glowing reviews, I contacted Yared to inquire about stripping the paint. Yared took lots of time to explain the options to me, and even sent me a photo along the way, helping us decide how to proceed. The final product is quite beautiful, even nicer than we could have hoped for. I would highly recommend Yared for any restoration work. This was a small job, but Yared is someone who takes great pride in his work, and aims to please. I guarantee you will be as delighted as I am with Yared's expertise, he's a rare person to find these days.

Huge place! We went on customer appreciation day so we got free hotdogs and pop! A nice surprise! We shipped inside the store for about an hour and saw some nice things. Noticed the prices are a bit higher here but that's ok because the quality of products is really high! The salesman are a bit nosey but that is their job. They do leave you alone when you ask them to. The store is very clean and well organized. Will return for sure!
