Great service and Peter (manager) was helpful. Very happy with the product :)

If your looking for quality office chairs I HIGHLY recommend buying here. Great service and great quality for a great price.

Purchased a headboard a couple months ago which arrived with a manufacturer defect. Two of the bars were not welded parallel so a couple of the bolts would not feed through. Spoke with the staff and Gus through phone and email but after a few emails trying to explain the issue and providing pictures they just stopped responding so now I’m just left with a headboard that won’t fully attach to the bed frame.

Permanently closed!

Excellent costumer service，and great furnitures with amazing price. I will recommend this mall to my friends and will definitively visit again.

Terrible service, terrible staff. So pushy. Would not suggest anyone to go here. If there was a negative, thats what I would give them. Dont waste your time here.

Awsome place and wow the prices and people

Daniel is very passionnant and knowledgeable about the furniture industry. Wonderful personalized service. Highly recommend anyone speaking to him about your furniture needs. DJW's is more than a 'store'. This is furniture consulting at its best.

Good selection and prices.

The customer service received from Mohammed was excellent. He replaced my dresser drawer instantly which I accidentally broke while assembling it.

UPDATE: After a lengthy conversation with Luc, the General Manager, Upper Room came half way in covering the costs of the couch and waived the re-stocking fees. We are now pleased with the outcome. ------ I want to personally thank Luc, the General Manager, for not returning any of our calls and not dealing with a pressing issue that dates back to November 23rd. I've requested 3 call backs in the past week and this, after Michael, one of the sales reps told me that Luke would contact us last weekend. Thank you again for delivering a couch with half of the options missing, and a broken reclining lever, and then asking us to pay an extra 20% restocking fee ($1200) to get the proper couch that we had originally requested on top of charging us an extra $1400 for the couch, totalling $8000 for a damn couch. Thank you for not delivering the chairs and bar stools that we placed an order on more than 6 weeks ago and was told we would get them in 3-4 weeks. Thank you Luke, Layla, and Michael for your phenomenal customer service. I can't imagine how fortunate Upper Room is to have you work for them. Thank you for fooling us into spending over 10k with you guys and only receiving half the order that was put in months ago. Thank you for the poor service and commitment to your clients we can't imagine ourselves ever stepping foot in your establishment let alone spend another dime with you.

Went in to buy myself a new push-back recliner, had to be Canadian made quality and meet my budget. Difference between Dufresne and other places they have a great selection of furniture manufactured right here in Canada. Salesman Marc Beauchesne was very helpful, introduced himself then left me alone to look around until I required him. Yes a salesman that knows how to not bug his customers, so awesome. When I required his assistance he was on the ball and helped me select and customize my Canadian made furniture. Initially it did not meet my budget and buying a cheaper American made comparable was not going to happen. So the store manager approved a price down closer to my budget. Buying Made in Canada took a bit of work and cost a little more than American made and a lot more costly then Made in Asia furniture. In the end it's much better built product and a small price to pay to support Canadian Manufacturers.

Really great quality pieces of furniture. The fabric choices are endless, and quality leathers. I don't know how I can ever choose
