Furniture

Good selection and prices. They have new and used pieces for every room. Better quality than most.

Had an excellent experience here. Bruce found us a comfortable and affordable sectional we loved after a long and tiresome search elsewhere. The delivery staff were phenomenal: prompt, polite and efficient. They even helped us move our old couch out to our pickup for disposal and put our felt pads on the feet of the couch for us. When we found a small manufacturer defect on one of the cushions Cedric of the service department walked us through finding the serial number and ordered us a replacement to the store so we wouldn't have to be home to sign for it. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Love it

We visited five different furniture stores in the Ottawa area in our search for a leather couch, love seat and chair and found the best price and also the highest quality customer service at Valley Squire. Definitely suggest you include Valley Squire in your search for any furniture items.

Belle boutique. J'y ai acheté un magnifique meuble restauré à prix abordable et qui me fut livré dans la même journée. La propriétaire est sympathique et vous aide dans vos recherches.

Got a new chair... fyi... on the opposite side (not on this one though) they have hanger loops...for the naughty ones that need restraining...

Excellent work done.

Great place to shop for home decor

A must see if you are in Bayfield, charming store where you will find everything from imported soaps, hand made Christmas ornaments from Europe to interesting floor rugs with printed design on them. It is hard to leave without getting something for yourself or for that "difficult to buy for" person in your life.

Very disappointing experience with Parsons,m. I purchased a used CD/record player from them yesterday and specifically asked if the unit was working. The very pleasant clerk let me know that it had been tested and was working properly. I was surprised when I got home and the turntable was unscrewed and not working properly. When I tried the CD player it skipped every CD. I called parsons to let them know the unit was broken and they offered me a store credit. The unit was $80 and broken, I asked if I could have a refund and was told no. Parsons will sell you garbage and then when you try to take it back they offer a credit for more garbage. Stay away from this store

Fantastic place to look around-a treasure hunt!

Nice people

My wife and I recently purchased a washer and dryer and dishwasher, all may tag products. There price and customer service can't be beat. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It was fantastic to be able to get great value for our dollar locally rather than having to drive to a city centre to make our purchase. Thanks again Dan and staff.

Deb was very helpful!!

Donna always has what I need when I go in, even if I dont know what it is I need, she has a solution.
