Furniture

Love the folding chairs we bought from Front Row Furniture. Much more sturdy compared to our old set.

We went to the Wigmore showroom in London and received a very warm welcome and great counsel on options. We were moving to Harrogate and the work was commissioned from the guys up North. Mike Dyson was the designer and what he came up with was outstanding. The Fitters were exceptional - diligent, superb quality fitting job, clean and tidy, and very helpful indeed. Having had the furniture installed for over a year now I can honestly say that it has transformed our home. We have a Snug/Library that is the envy of all our visitors, a study that caters for all our needs, and the bedrooms look simply beautiful. The time to complete the work was exactly what they said, and we feel we got great value for money - not cheap but then these days you get what you pay for and the quality of the materials was excellent. Helpful staff and good layout in the store. Call beforehand though to check whether they have your item in stock.

Do not use! My dad placed an order with this company. Absolutely pitiful service. We were given an estimated delivery time of 12pm and the driver arrived at 3pm, staying on his phone for 30 minutes. He then asked my mum and me to do the manual labour that we paid £35.00 for! He is now 3 -4 hours late for the collection to. This service has no consideration of people’s time. They are very inefficient. When I called them up for an updated delivery time they gave fake promises to call me back. Unfortunately this was not actioned. They blamed the delays on unforseen events with no actual explanation. Very expensive and the price does not commensurate with the poor level of service. I called the helpline at least 10 times to reach a resolution, however I was met with indifference and a really poor attitude. I would not recommend for people who are working to a rigid schedule and who appreciate efficiency and excellent customer service.

The nicest people. They were very informative with all there products. Also the showroom was stunning

Homeware shop. Classic British design. Great choice of furniture, fabric, cloths anything stylish for your home you can find here. I do like little decorative cushions, bedding. Also very good at seasonal decoration. Have to say I am not big fan of plastic plates and cups aka glasses .

We moved to London and were looking for a store to furnish our entire flat. This store has a beautiful, large selection of furniture to fit all styles and tastes. The sales staff especially Stephane has great design experience and he confidently shared his ideas about mixing pieces and colours to build the room. The staff cares about their business and cares about their clients, making a big difference. I am very happy with all my purchases. This is my new go-to furniture store in London. Love it!

Fantastic showroom

I never gave a bad review! But Habitat on-line well deserves it! If I could I would NOT even give one star! I bought my product (plate sets) on-line. I was told it would take 2-3 days to get my order delivered..after 6 days my order hadn't arrived. Called customer services as I was expecting visitors in some days time and absolutely needed these plates!! I was told the order went to the wrong place but would be with me on time for when I needed it. Plates arrived over a week later (No plates for visitors). The box was ripped (no "fragile" label) and plates were broken. I complained and was offered a £10 voucher to spend in their own store?! as a "goodwill" gesture from habitat?! I asked to return and get a refund after such a poor service. I was home on expected time of collection. No one knocked my door and I received an email saying collection failed because no one was home?! (NO note was left on my doorstep either!) I called habitat saying that they were not at my place! I asked if they could contact the driver and I was told they could not contact the driver?! Drivers have no phone number?! This is the worse service I have ever came across with.. it is very disappointing, especially when you pay the extra money for the quality!

Excellent service , very knowledgeable staff and beautiful store

This outstanding company delivers perfection with every piece of furniture they take on to redo. They are knowledgeable in selecting materials to suit every individual plan and the care and detail given to all work is outstanding. I have worked with these lively and competent people on numerous projects for a very long time and am always delighted with the outcome. Excellent, competent and thoughtful workmanship. Expect the best because that is what you get at European Upolstery located on Wharncliffe Rd.
