Furniture

Garden furniture in grey rattan - Maestro. The product seems to be of good quality. However, the 3 seater sofa and the 4 seater sofa (supplied in 3 pieces) were damaged during delivery (frame damaged on all items). I managed to repair 2 pieces (straighten aluminium frame). Beliani proposed to replace the other 2 pieces but I had to wait 5 weeks. Upon arrival, one piece is still damaged and they have not offer to replace it. The furniture is made in China. The quality of the packaging is very poor so the risk of transportation damage is high. Even if the price is good, I will never use Beliani again.

Very nice italian furniture and good prices.

Beautiful showroom, incredible furniture and a very helpful young lady helped me with fabric selection and planning a room for my project.

I cannot recommend these buffoons.

Great collection of cutting edge modern antiques. Great customer service as well!

Avoid. I have paid for a bed and it is still yet to arrive. There is no answer at customer services when you try to call. I can’t even get a refund because no one is answering the phone.

I received outstanding customer service, the staff were really helpful

Fantastic buying experience! I needed a chair and did not want to buy one online without sitting in it. Teelay and Mark were both extremely helpful; responsive to email enquiries, knowledgeable about their products in relation to my criteria, friendly and welcoming and, reader, I bought a chair at a great price!! The premises are like going to Diagon Alley...I have lived round the corner for ages and never seen Ewer Street!

Excellent quality chairs & desks, securely packaged with clear instruction on how to assemble. Much larger and more comfortable than I had imagined, great service, delivery and price, Cheers Tony
