I am so glad I ordered this chair bed. It’s a gorgeous green velvet and looks really luxurious. It came flat packed but just needed the legs screwing on (it took 20 mins max to assemble). It feels sturdy and looks great in my room. The delivery was earlier than expected and very smooth. I would definitely recommend MADE to friends and family. 👍

Looked at Molteni's website and was impressed with the way the furniture looked. Since we are renovating our house, I decided to pop in during my lunch hour and ask to be showed around the shop, tell me about prices, units, types of furniture and so on, and explain how the prices work. Big mistake! The shop assistant told me that this furniture is "very expensive" and didnt seem particularly interested about taking me around. To understand how things work, sizes, prices, etc was rather impossible, as the shop assistant just was giving me the "look" and saying that it is "very expensive". She kept saying that they have "cheaper" finish to the units I wanted to find out about, but otherwise they are "very expensive" and I got an impression that i needed to bring my bank statement with me in order to show that i am worthy of their attention. I felt that I didnt look rich enough for her to spend her time with me. At the end, after failing to get answers to any of my questions, i just said that i better go, since she didnt seem to be interested in my custom at all. To which the shop assistant just said "yeah". I am still in a state of a shock. I am not going to spend a penny in this shop. Shame, as I really liked the furniture. I noticed that other reviewers had good experience with this shop, so maybe my experience was a one-off kind of thing, but it made me feel extremely unpleasant and effectively ruined my day.

Great selection of items. Lovely space. Staff are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, preferring their own conversations to even simple greetings and offers to help.

Tried to visit showroom on regent street, though the website says you are open on Saturdays from 9 to 5. Waited for couple of hours at the door. There was no response. Very fustrating after travelling for two hours returned back with no joy.

A big thanks to the staff who made us so welcome and they were more than helpful. Highly recommended.

Great showroom design and great products. Really a place to see

Worst experience of my life, service was discusting, delivery arrived 2 weeks late, i paid to get the furniture assembled, the bloke that turned up didnt have a clue what he was doing and ended up standing in my house for hours trying to contact his head office for an instruction. In the end i asked him to leave. Never again... stear clear!

I had a great experience with the staff here on a weekday evening with plenty of space and informative information with options. It was my second time looking at mattresses and was very close to the model I wanted and was just deciding between firmness levels. Price was great and just waiting for the mattress to arrive in two weeks!

Recieved excellent customer service from JAMIE a few days ago. Situation was I was lost in a part of London I'd never visited before and parked my van but couldn't for the life of me remember where! As my phone battery was at 1% I was really stuck. I had a parking location code that told me the street I was parked at but without my sat nav or phone working properly I was completely lost. I walked into this shop hoping that a staff member would be kind enough to help. Jamie was exceptional helpful, very friendly and did everything he could to help me. Customer service is not just about selling a product but being resourceful, sincere and kind to all who step through your doors. REPUBLIC OF FRITZ HANSEN, you have a exceptional staff member in Jamie and I'd appreciate it if you could let him know I find my van with his help and how grateful I am. Thanks!

I run a drop ship company with this company. The service is fine, even if the products are slightly shabby, when it goes well. But they never accept refunds even when allot of the products are badly made and they are complained about by your customers. Quite often we would refund and loss money as Artisan never would approve refunds even when the products were obviously faulty.They are quick to take your money but if there is ever an issue, even if it is there fault, they make it so hard to get your money back on cancel your order it becomes the Achilles heel of your business. All small businesses should approach with caution.

Really busy at Oxford Circus. Goodge st would have been better

Really nice items but customer service in the store can be hopeless and staff not particularly knowledgeable or helpful. Ordered a large mirror which arrived cracked and it was a palava trying to get the replacement. Because we ordered it in store they expected us to come and bring the old one back. The mirror was huge and couldn’t fit in s normal car! Also, why are the delivery charges (particularly on smaller items) so expensive? The store doesn’t seem to have much stock - both items we wanted weren’t in stock - and in those situations I think they could deliver the items FOC. Overall such a shame because the furniture is lovely but let down by a number of key areas.

We ordered a 3 seater sofa which was made to measure to fit in our new flat. We received an excellent service from the initial design process all the way through to the delivery a couple of weeks back. You can really feel the high quality of the fabric and cushions when sitting down and we're assured that the sofa will be with us for a lifetime!
