Furniture

I had a sofa and small lazy boy Bed settee covered. The material was excellent. Although it waited some time to be finished, they were beautiful. I just love the workmanship.

High quality contract task seating! Grabbed an upholstered IC2 and couldn't be happier! This chair is going to last me 20 years! They don't sell direct to public, but have an amazing showroom and will connect you to a local rep.

Great price and lots of choices! Buy almost all the furniture for my new home here!

Amazing client support received from Mariana from shipping department who went above and beyond to find the best solution to ship different articles to me in the US.

The brick furnitures are good but their delivery and customer service sucks big time. Delivery guys seems like they don’t wana work. If they see stairs in the house they get mad and always saying that it is not our job to attached the furniture and ask us to sign the paper even though it clearly says in the contract that they are suppose to do it. In terms of Customer service, they keep delaying my missing parts from one of my furniture and to some extend I understand that they have to order it and so on. But it’s been now 3 months and I still haven’t receive my parts. I called them multiple times and I have been patient with them but the way they are talking to me is like they don’t feel sorry at all . Overall experience very bad.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT. I purchased a sofa from here and it did not meet expectations. Product ordered was completely different than what I was told I would receive, and there was nothing done to compensate. When I asked what they could do, they said "nothing". Now I'm out the money and have a cheap looking sofa (without the buttons and seams originally shown to be on product, it looks cheap and tacky). I would never recommend this store.

Great furniture, Great price, Great customer service!

I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before. I walked into this space as I love decor and was looking for a new sofa piece. The woman working not only saw me come in but chose to not acknowledge me and while giving me a judgmental look. We were the only people in the store and the whole time I felt I was being watched, which leads me to believe I was also racial profiled as it is not a matter of her not seeing our presence. As we left she also chose not to acknowledge our leaving. I will not be returning here and I encourage any person of colour to not shop here.

This is undoubtedly the best furniture store in Toronto. Cliff is extremely nice and his taste in modern furniture is perfect. I can not say anything bad about this store , i wanted to buy everything. Yes they have an $8k couch if you want one :)

Awesome store for unique gifts or quirky home decor. Very well curated.

Dawson is an insightful collaborator who brought my ideas and projects to life. Her work is stunning. I have a one-of-a-kind fence in my front yard that is the pride of my home, as well as a mobile butcher's block breakfast bar and stools in my kitchen. If you can dream it up, Dawson can design and build it. She is thoughtful, accurate and delivers what was promised on time at the agreed price.

I was amazed both at how quickly I received responses from Paulena and then how quickly I received my new replacement canopy for our umbrella. Very good customer service! I highly recommend. I should also note that our 13' umbrella is awesome. We have owned it for many years and still love it.

worst company ever - stay away - they are a scam - stay far away

Terrible service. We made multiple visits and discussed our planned purchase in great detail, however we were never taken seriously. Extremely disappointed.

I bought furniture at this place and they charge $500.00 for delivery fee. They won’t allow me to get a refund for the item I bought. BEWARE THAT THE DELIVERY PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE ARE REAP OFF/ LEECHES. WHO ON EARTH HAD THE GUTS TO CHARGE YOU $500.00 for DELIVERY FEES. CALLED THE STORE AND I WAS TOLD THATS WHAT THEY CHARGE. DONT BUY AT THIS STORE!! BEWARE AND BE CAUTIOUS!!!
