Slow service. I went to exchange my product which had ACP, but this guy didn't know anything about that. I waited for 30 mins for another employee to come and help this guy. Then I asked about getting new phone, same story again. The guy who knew about wireless was busy with other customer for over 45 mins. I wasted my time waiting there and then got my new phone from elsewhere. Majority of Staff lacks knowledge and experience to deal with customers and don't know what they are doing...not going there again

Was interested in services but their online page makes it impossible to "set your location" to Prince albert. Thus not being able to see prices. Will be going elsewhere due to this inconvenience.
