I wont even put a star but it will not allow me to post.We ordered a bedroom package thru The bricks,we did not get it til a month after we placed the order. My husband sorted all the boxes and found out that they shipped the slats for a different bed frame and the footboard has a chip on the top left corner,it is so conspicuous I dont know how it get thru their quality inspection,if they even have one or anything to that effect.

I went in to purchase gifts for my friends newborn, and Lupita helped me at the checkout. She was the most energetic, kind, genuine, and happy soul I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time and she absolutely made my Saturday morning. Not only was she making jokes and easy conversation, she spent 10 minutes with me to wrap the gift in flawless fashion at the wrapping station, complete with a delicate lace bow. I would highly recommend her and this location to anyone, and will certainly return for all future baby-related needs. Thank you Lupita !

Had the pleasure of working with Geoff on some new office equipment for my business and even with an issue on the manufacturer end everything was handled very professionally and swiftly. They are not on time . Mistake a lot few times. Weekend they are not always there even they say some one is there. A. Lady pick up phone always from home and tell call their cell phone which they never pick up . If you want to talk to some one it is impossible to talk you have to drive and. Talk . Don’t give all the money in advance. If they say it will be ready in 2 weeks that mean 2 to 3 Months . But one thing is good about this place you can do customer made And one more thing if you like something make sure you order that time because if you go back price will go up. Make sure write down every detail what you order . Otherwise you are your own

Very excellent quality work with helpful advise on colors and material choices, will recommend too anyone needing refinishing, upholstery or interior design work

My experience at Sofaland was bar non the best i have ever had in a furniture store. My sales rep Susan was so incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. I want to say that Susan went over and above she was very personal, one of the most caring person i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with for such an important purchase. I look forward to continuing this relationship for future purchases.

The sales staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our particular experience with Nadia was nothing but great. She was very patient with us and took the time with us to go through everything before our purchase. Highly recommend this store and our sales lady was top notch. Than ks again

Edit: I received my couch the following week, after having made an arrangement with them. The couch arrived just when they said it would, and the deliverymen did a great job getting it in and set up for me. We came to a very fair arrangement regarding the delivery and compensation for having not met their initial commitment, so honestly I have to say that I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out in the end. In the end, I got a very nice new couch, delivered and in my living room within about a week of when I bought it, at a very good price. My only knock is that when unforeseen circumstances arose, it took a couple days to get alternative arrangements made. But overall, I have to say that my experience was a good one and I'd shop there again. Nice furniture, but serious problems with customer service. We bought a couch, and we paid for the delivery service. We got a call the day of the delivery telling us that they wouldn't be delivering it that day, and they'd call us the next day to make arrangements. They didn't call, so I have no idea when they're going to try and deliver my couch. The eighty dollars that I paid them for a Saturday delivery? Who knows? Ever since I gave them the money, they haven't been able to live up to their commitments to me. Very disappointed.

We ordered a couch during one of their promotions, with an ETA of 8-10 weeks. We are still waiting and are at 18 weeks. A month ago we were told it was in the next shipping container from manufacturer, but later told that the container arrived but was missing the couch. At this point they promised it would be in the next container arriving at the end of the month but this time has past and they have not contacted us or returned messages. We are wondering if this store is actually fulfilling orders or not, since they keep advertising sales for the same products on their Facebook site but have not fulfilled our order which is from many months ago. UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review we were contacted by Big Comfort (a different furniture store) who said they were calling to follow up on our order. Their rep said they shared ownerhsip and a warehouse with Urban Home Elements. He said he would look into our order and phone back but never did. We spoke to him two more times where he promised he would look into it and call us back, but never did. After insisting on a refund the furniture miraculously was found and delivered the next day. We are happy with the product despite finding it was manufactured in China, as we were told it was made in the US. We 100% do not recommend this store. They are deceitful and other reviews indicate the same. The majority of other reviews are similar to ours but now there are some recent 5 star reviews that I believe are fraudulent and meant to boost the stores abismal rating. They are boiler plate, same as the hundreds of suspicious reviews on Big Comfort’s google reviews. Just have a look and you will quickly understand.

The sales manager Rubab was being very good but the cashier was a little less, you know.

Well I went to every mattress store around Edmonton. I had every salesperson guess at what type of mattress we needed. I was confused and frustrated until I came here. Dave was and knowledgable on mattress 101. We purchased a fantastic mattress with all the bells and whistles. His prices beat everyone hands down...why because he wants you to have the best sleep/rest possible. Thanks Dave you are awesome 👍

Richard's knowledge on the products and interior design were fabulous. He also introduced us to an interior designer which will be assisting us with further designs for our house. He really emphasized a look and design that we want and not what he thought looked good. We couldn't have been more pleased with his help. On top of this we ended up by scratching a saving of 20% on our purchase !!
