One of the things we like about Edmonton South IKEA is their cafeteria upstairs. Good and reasonably healthy food at a fair price. If you are on a real budget, get the hot dog and cones in the main floor deli. Absolutely giveaway inexpensive. Always plenty of parking. Also a great place to "get in those steps" on a day of poor weather. This all in addition to their huge variety of household goods.

I can't say my trip was successful but generally I can't complain. I bought a power sofa a couple of years ago. It developed a problem with the wire. Rather than telling me there was nothing they could do for me the staff did go out of their way to try and find a solution. I appreciated the time and the attempt.

After my 4 emails to you guys have gone ignored I’m leaving this review... I’m astounded by the lack of customer service you’ve displayed. How can you just ignore a customer? Do you not like making money? Big screw up on your part as I was going to be spending more money but now I’ll be taking my money else where.

Store is just trying to recover from the back-to-school Rush. I am a little bit disappointed that they do not offer teachers a discount anytime like the Michaels craft store.

Terrible customer service. Was at the north side location and they agreed to price match a LEGO set for the advertised price on Costco. They didn’t have have any in despite showing they had 4 on their website. Went to this location (south common) and after waiting for 20min they advised they would not match the price as the items were not the same. Staff couldn’t explain why the items were not the same but insisted they were different.The items were identical, both having the exact same model number, # of pieces, box and this was the same item the north side location said they would price match. Turns out Best Buy carries the same LEGO set. Went there. They not only matched Costco’s price they beat it. Stay away from this location the staff are not very bright.

Worst service ever experienced. Will never recommend them.

The absolute second I walked in to this place some dude was asking me who my cellular carrier was so he could try and get me to sign up for some junk tablet at $10/month. I left immediately and will never return.

Professional and friendly, Forge 53 provides quality products. We've used them for table legs, and just now, bench legs. They've also repaired barstools for us in a snap. They take pride in what they create and they don't skimp on the quality and details. Highly recommended if you're looking for custom metalwork.

Awesome experience! got all the furniture from them through the help of Daniel! very knowledgeable and familiar with the all products on the floor and catalogue. He responds immediately whenever we have questions on new products and gives update regularly for ordered items. We do highly recommend Revolve for the wide range of products being carried and for their great customer service!
