Furniture

Consider adjusting your hours, most places are open evenings (dropped by at 6:30 on a Wed and you were closed).

Furniture build quality is poor, chairs legs started falling off a few months after purchase, one had glued parts that came apart within six months. Table leg became wobbly recently, the problem was temporarily fixed by tightening the screws but eventually the leg came off, along with the piece that held the screw, meaning it couldn’t be fixed anymore.

everything for your house ,and pets, and candies, perfect

Magasin familial, prix très compétitifs et attractifs, personnel humain, et superbe service après-ventes.

J'ai été très bien servi pour l'ameublement de mon bureau. Merci!

Beautiful furniture

Such a nice guy with a great attitude! It's a pleasure to deal with him. He has literally everything you will need for your new (or old) office. Great deals and prices on used furniture, looks like brand new! And of course on actuall brand new pieces. He made me a blueprints of my office and fit everything in and made sure everything should fit there perfectly. Will definitely be my go to guy next time I will need anything else for my office!

Terrible experience. I purchased a sofa in November. They finally delivered the first week of February. Disaster. They damaged my ceiling, holes in three different walls, destroyed the vestibule door frame, and badly dented my custom-made front door. Couldn’t get the sofa to the basement so they took it back. They still have not refunded my money a month later and refuse to do anything about the damages. You cannot talk to anyone in the service department. I’ve emailed several times and can only speak to one girl on the phone who never has any answers. We specifically took the time to ask the salesman about the size of the couch and delivery. He told us this was his best seller and they had no problems getting it in anywhere, that we shouldn’t worry. The whole experience has been terrible. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this company has done absolutely nothing to fix the mess they made and I’m still waiting for my refund.

great service

Very satisfied with my purchase! The price point is really exceptional for such design and material. Although the delivery delay was a bit long to my taste (it was custom made though so that one is on me!) It’s YELLOW and if I ever get tired I can simply order a new fabric from EDB and put it on myself, easy least!

Great service. Lots of choices. Sales are worth it!

This place is the best! I always find something to but here at the market place. They have such good deals and really affordable prices. It's nice being able to go into a store and find everything that you need and more. Also, they have a bunch of pretty stuff for every room in the house which just complets the whole look. I'm always so happy and excited to go to this store

Its ok

Worse customer service ever. I do not recommend buying from Structube. Waiting times don’t make sense, they never have anything in stock. You need to call up exactly 24 hours in advance to have your order ready for pick-up, even if you have received an email telling you it will be ready for a certain date. You can’t schedule a pick-up 2 days before. They’ll tell you to call back the next day. It’s like customers need to adapt to their crappy management system instead of them adapting their service to their clientèle. The lady from the call centre just hung up on me (yep, you read that right) because I asked to file a complaint. She said she didn’t take complaints on the phone and that I had to file complaints online (which I did btw, but they don’t seem to weigh in). Don’t buy from Structube because you’ll be treated like you’re a number, cause that’s what you are for them.

Qualité et service impeccable mais il faut avoir les moyens, pas pour tous les budgets.

Tout est délicieux et le service est super
