Great place to shop for beds and bed covers.

Amazing staff! Made me feel welcome rather than attacked like other furniture stores. Everyone that I talked was friendly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and got me an amazing deal. Thank you Jeremy and staff!

Very bad customer experience. We purchased sofa back from Apr. and sales person said we could pay the delivery fee and in home set up once the delivery man at our house. We waited almost more than 6 months. Finally the sofa arrived. But the delivery guy can’t take the in home set up free at our house. They said we have to reschedule the appointment again after 2 weeks. This is so bad. We called the store. The store won’t help anything at all. Very bad experience !! They don’t care at all !!!

Mattress Mattress is the only place I trust to buy a mattress. They explain how the beds are made, the difference in construction, and really focus on the customer's needs, not about just making the sale. The delivery went exactly as scheduled, the crew were friendly, professional and accommodating. Delivery date had to be changed at the last minute due to an unforeseen disaster, but Mattress Mattress came through for me! This is my second time I've bought a mattress from them and I'll be a customer for life.

Very rude talking over the phone, I am sure you have a bigger fish to fry but I am still a customer.

This is my first time really spending a good chunk of money on furniture. Mattress, bedroom set, and a large couch. Sales rep was pleasant (we chose to come back and buy from him because the other two sales people were very direct and not polite) we did our deal and paid for our stuff, he informed us of many things on the receipt... But did not mention anything about the horrible return policy of this company, as well as their "not give a darn" attitude of customer service via phone. Our bedroom set showed up, we unpacked the heavy parts and found 3 items were severely damaged. (Broken drawer, snapped bed leg, and broken inside brace of dresser) we called for repair, and to have them unpack our stuff before they leave. They said no, they don't even quality check products before they leave facility, as per customer service rep, unless specifically asked to? Anyways, after the headache and broken backs we said we just want to return the whole set. They said no, says we can't, in tiny writing on the back of the receipt. Oh well, we are going to get our stuffed fixed hopefully next week and keep sleeping on the floor or couch, expensive lesson learned, and will avoid these big furniture places forever in the future.

Superb service!

Weaving & Wine was a really educational fun evening and what great value! I was a little bit late so missed the talk beforehand on how the rugs are woven. For $9.00, I got wine, appetizers and all of the materials I needed to complete a weaving, plus instruction! The rugs at Indo Designer are beautiful, so what a great environment to spend an evening. I was so glad I went and am planning to go again next year.

I have been here twice, both times the staff were more interested in socializing with eachother than assisting customers. After 5 minutes looking at potential purchases without receiving assistance I left on both occasions.

One of my favorite spots to buy industrial items. Haggling on the price of used items is welcomed
