I've done a lot of business with HESCO and you can't go wrong with this company. They are professional, efficient, and the absolute very best at what they do. We are lucky to have them in Edmonton. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

I really enjoyed my experience at Big Comfort. They have many unique pieces, including good quality leathers (Natuzzi and others), and some solid wood items. Prices are generally high but to be fair they have good sales events throughout a year. I decided to purchase a floor model of a leather sectional couch, received an additional discount on top of steeply reduced price (discontinued model). Guys wrapped each section carefully when I came to pick it up. Thanks to Steven and Miranda for helping me out. Definitely will be back and also recommend this place!

In the last two years we have bought several items ranging in price from $22 to just under $2000. In one case, a month after we bought some dinner settings, we noticed a crack in a plate and Sweep exchanged it without any questions. More recently I purchased an item and chipped it when I got home. Sweep insisted we return it for an exchange even though it was my fault. While they have always been very helpful and courteous when we have purchased even small items, the real test is when something goes wrong. In these cases I can only say that our experience has been excellent.

After I made a full payment , They told it takes up to 2 weeks to deliver the furniture, now almost 3 weeks and nothing deliver, and when I call the store, I have a new excuse every time I call. Very disappointed

Worst PLACE EVER!!!! i bought a bed they say it would take 2-3 weeks to ship i waited 5 months and got fed up as it still wasn't in asked for my money back they only gave me 70% back said it was restocking fee. The manager constantly lied and would play childish games to avoid talking to you very unprofessional. would not recommend anyone!

I just bought a sofa and love seat. The delivery was fast and I must say,the sales person Emerson was very helpful. The furniture is a master piece. The best I have ever bought.

I’ve gone into this store many times and have never even been spoken to until today. If I could give Matthew R a 5 star review I would, he is by far the most helpful sales person in this store. As far as everyone else goes I was not impressed.
