This store is incredible - we always stop in when visiting from Vancouver to get away from the same old-same old, stores. Red living is unique with great selection and is a business run by an owner that prides themself on very friendly service and a keen eye for design. Be sure to check them out.

It's the best place to buy beds I've bought couple in my life and have been very happy with them. Staff are nonable about there product.

Bought an Ashley sectional sofa with chaise in December 2017. In march the stitching all came apart on 2 of the back cushions. They replaced the couch. By august the same thing happened AGAIN, but worse and in more areas! Contacted customer service and the repair man was late and I got called to work. So I asked since NEW damage has happened since the last conversation I would like to return it for store credit toward an upgrade. NOPE . Apparently they need to try and fix it first.. AGAIN. Just a joke!

Compare to Staples. Which is U.S. owned. • Price are equal or roughly equal to major competitors • Live chat with the online store is very useful, fast, and friendly. Which is very useful for quick questions when ordering items • Check out is easy • Free shipping from online store. If requirements are met. The bad • Online store has poor usability, feels clunk, and is ugly. It seems to be made by IBM WebSphere. I prefer Drupal Commerce or other open source software. Which are community-owned, no lock-in, license free, either with free or paid support, and large community of contributors around it. • Search engine with online store is very basic. It’s hard to find items. You can't sort the result. Clunky. • Minimum security. Password are only 20 characters maximum length. No two-factor authentication. So riskier to get your accounts hack with the online store. • Email address with the online stores does not support the + symbol. That symbol is a web standard. It reduces spam.

We got a HUGE couch (measurements are important) and a leather reclining chair. We went shopping to I think every furniture store in Nanaimo, it had inexpensive furniture and no sales person to harass me (he was close by). Delivery was easy, even with some confusion over payment. The couch and the chair are a few months old and still awesome.
