Furniture

Good selection of most items.

Great service awesome work and pricing

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They work on commissions so returning to the same sales person will buy you some loyalty. The prices are about the top of the mark for furniture, but the quality is great.

Had the best service and experience with Rob Belanger! I love my new mattress!!

Sheryl at your Kelowna location is fabulous. We've now spent over $10000 and keep going back because of Sheryl. She is a real gem and we are happy to have met her.

Great service and helpful staff.

good prices and good service

Maureen, new & in trainin, was very helpful and gave me great tips, and walked me to the product in aisle, that I was looking for

Pretty good, rarely have issues but if they mess up the manager is good and making it right

Good service and fair price. M&M follows thru on the promises he makes. I have shopped there twice so far, and I will shop there again.

Great place. Has what I need to get in and get out. Staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy. Thanks staples

I went in the purchase metal bed support slats that I saw on their website. At first the salesman said they’d have to order them in, and then he looked them up and said they had a set in the back. I asked to see them but he said I couldn’t as they were in a box. I then asked if I could return them if they weren’t appropriate, since I couldn’t see them before purchasing. He said No, because of Covid. So I walked out. I find this really strange as they advertise a buyer has 180 days to try out a mattress. But metal slats can’t be seen before purchasing and can’t be returned? I’m never shopping there again.

When we answered yes for a bag for our multiple items purchased yet the female teller took it upon herself to not give us one.. please don't push your eco-friendly causes on me. I actually needed the bag this time.. plus you didn't take my 50% coupon off one of the items. . FAIL! !

Excellent service today and ever friendly

Aaron's spent countless days harassing me and sending creepy male employees to stalk my Facebook and send me threatening messenge's. I do not recommend this place at all

amazing service, I brought 2 ovens and a grease trap off vortex and they have been so helpful, I will be doing all of my kitchen equipment shopping with them.

Great Selection and Value - Good People - We'll be back !!
