Furniture

My favorite place for everything! Discounted house hold supplies, Seasonal decor, bath and beauty items, to furniture and bedding. Movies ,food!

Feel so pressured when i was at the store. The sales rep B didnt give me and my husband space to think about our choices. Felt so uncomfortable. We already stated we need time to think about it and yet she kept of pressuring us to see her choice in a pressuring and somewhat leads to rude way.

Staff is helpful a bit pushy for commissions. If u have really bad credit u still can what u r after put price is extremely high

MARION LOVE WAS MORE THAN PATIENCE WHEN IT CAME TO FABRIC CHOICES AS WELL AS WALKING THROUGH THE SHOWROOM (MORE THAN ONCE) TO SHOW US OPTIONS OF SOFAS AND CHAIRS. THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME SERVICE!

I ordered a mattress on December 26th, 2025. It was on special. I thought the store would have this item in stock. Not so, I was told it would take three weeks to deliver. I didn't place the order knowing it was an "Ashely" product and was coming from the U.S.A. I called after three weeks and enquired re the delivery. I was told it would be a further two weeks. That didn't happen either. After a further two weeks I called again and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That didn't happen either. I was called and asked for a preferred window for the delivery on Thursday February 12th. I asked between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.. It arrived at 1.15 p.m. At no time did Pearl's contact me to give me any update, it was me, the customer and for that reason I wouldn't deal with this company again. I needed this mattress and could have bought one locally, made in Canada and delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Buyer beware.

Great store with wonderful staff, always helpful and never pushy. Very good quality furniture, and very reasonably priced!

Great store with beautiful, unique furniture and accent pieces! !

VERY disappointing service from the mangers. The reclining sofa I bought was very uncomfortable when sitting it in for long periods of time. I think there is a really bad design flaw. But as it was longer than the 3 day return policy they refused to do anything for me. I did not know they only had a 3 day return policy. No one in the store mentioned that to me. I explained to them that 3 days is not a realistic time to be able to evaluate the comfort of a sofa. The manager (Casper) was insistent that they would do nothing, and just kept on stating "we don't sell used furniture" (and yet they tried to sell me a "floor model" once). If that is how they treat their customers, it won't be too long before they won't be selling new furniture either. I am very disappointed in their attitude. I guess they don't care about keeping returning customers.

We are very happy we went to Jag's Furniture, everything about our visit was fantastic, from store layout , to greeting, allowing us to shop at our pace Sam and Evan were there when needed to answer all questions, they make sure we make right decision in our purchase. Make sure to visit Jag's Furniture as one of your stops when looking for new Furniture. Make sure to ask for Sam and Evan. Thank you Sam for helping us with our purchase!!

I was in this store today and the sale woman was very nice. The guy was a total jerk and treat his customer like garbage do not go and spend your money here. I work hard for my money and don't need to be treated like that.

My friend Recommended sales person DK at Leon’s. He is very knowledgeable. He made the purchase easy for us. He sticked with our family needs and requirements rather than up saling to something we may not use. We bought LG appliance package and we are very happy with our purchase. Leon’s have very good financing option with minimal processing fees. We will strongly recommend Leon’s to our friends and DK as sales person.

Best Furniture at most reasonable prices .. you can do so much custom and they deliver at no time..highly recommended

Great service, great selection, great prices! Thanks Lee!

GREAT SELECTION OF ITEMS, BOUND TO BE SOMETHING HERE FOR YOU.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to see displays of a wide variety of items in their various colours. The prices were clearly displayed and there were many amazing sales! Note, they do deliver!
